"Het hotel ligt midden in het uitgaans- en winkelgebied. Openbaar vervoer is dichtbij te vinden en is vergeleken met Nederland goedkoop. Personeel van The Midland is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamers zijn ietwat gedateerd, maar past mooi in de Victoriaanse stijl van het gebouw."

"Like: the vibe of the hotel. Everywhere you look, there are references to the weather. This made me smile. Room was clean. Beds were nice. Breakfast was simple but did the job. You could order pancakes if you asked staff for this <3. Cons: our room did not have a view (we were looking at another building in a back-alley). There was a lot of noise from the public transport so sleeping with an open window, wasn't an option. When you closed the window and used the climate control, this was fine though. "

"Prima hotel, wel vrij kleine kamers en het interieur is ietwat gedateerd. Verder lekkere bedden en fijn verblijf gehad. Ontbijt is goed, met ruime keuze."
