'New, clean property, good staff, overall wonderful stay!'

'I love that the hotel is right next to the SM mall, very convenient to shop for things we need, the breakfast buffet at Féria and at the 20th floor club lounge are super delicious. Most of all the hotel staff are very helpful, courteous, and super friendly.'

'It's a great clean/modern Hotel close to the Airport. Breakfast tasted great and the staff is very friendly'

'It is a simple hotel, don't expect Hilton. Don't talk to mush there. They can't keep secrets.Pitty is also that it is just open till 9 pm'

'The staff of this hotel is very friendly but we did not sleep due to the noise of the street and the noise in the hallway and rooms next to us. The walls are so thin that you can hear everything all around. Tv of the room next door, people talking in 4 rooms further on in the hallway. All night long, even after we asked them to be quiet. We also wondered if the linen was used before. It definately was not clean.'

'Dirty rooms and hallway, very old. Pillow sheets were used by prior guests, bathroom was dirty. Loud and not well functioning A/C.'

'The reception is very good compare to our room and the carpet outside the room '

'The staff was great, especially Rubin. The location, across the street from Park Mall, is great. But the plumbing needs maintenance. The hot water was not consistent, but not as important in the hot weather year round here, and my first room did not have a p-trap under the bathroom sink. The staff did there best to address my concerns. If they fix this things I'll stay here again.'
