The lovely holiday home is on the raised ground floor and is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, mosquito nets, outdoor shower, electric oven, hair-dryer, tv. Pets are allowed.

living area consists of a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, tv and
ceiling fan.
The sleeping area consists of 1 four-bed room with double bed, bunk bed and air conditioning. Moreover, there is 1 full bathroom.

Flamingo is near the beautiful beaches of San Pietro in Bevagna, which
are 500 meters away The city centre is enriched by shows and tourist
services. 
The complex is near worth visiting locations for the
nature lovers, such as the Chidro river mouth and the nature reserve of
Salina dei Monaci, a protected oasi where you can catch sight of the
beautiful pink flamingos and many more bird species. Beyond the dunes
along the salt mines, there is a long sandy beach.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the bedroom.
