Inside, you’ll find a plush king bed with premium linens, a thoughtfully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, and your own in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience during longer stays. The design is calm, modern, and intentionally simple—perfect for relaxing after exploring the city or unwinding after a busy day in Manhattan.

Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway, a family visit, or a work trip, the space is designed to make your stay seamless.

The location is unmatched: only two blocks from Aggieville and an easy walk to City Park and Kansas State University. Coffee shops, restaurants, green spaces, and campus events are all right outside your door, giving you the freedom to explore Manhattan without ever needing to drive.

We are available by the Airbnb messaging app and able to respond quickly should you need anything at all throughout your stay.

While we admire and appreciate fury friends, we do not allow them in our home. If this is an issue, we are happy to provide information on pet boarding as an alternative during your stay.
No third party bookings. Third party bookings are subject to cancellation without a refund.

No outside visitors (other than guests accounted for in reservation) allowed in the house. If outside guests are brought into the house, you will be subject to a $50/person per occurrence charge.

Please lock the sliding door when you leave the condo.

No smoking/vaping/420 inside the unit or on the patio where it would disturb other tenants.

Guests who do not check out by 11:00 AM are subject to an additional charge of $50 for every half hour they have not checked out.
