Het hotel scoort slecht op: - lange wachttijden bij de incheckbalie; - warmwater voorziening, warmwater is lauw; - het aanleveren van 2 kamer inlog pasjes. - ontbijt is niet Europees, geen jam, kaas of ham. Het restaurant is erg vol je moet wachten om een plaats te krijgen. - je moet vragen om je kamer schoon te maken anders geen schone handoeken. Scoort positief op: - veiligheid; - zwembad; - ligging ten opzichte van de Mall en airport.

チェックイン時、①宿泊者がいる部屋に案内された。②シャワーのお湯が出ず調べたら湯沸かし器のスイッチが切になっていた。 私は昨年からのリピーターで今回6泊してます。簡易キッチンとプールと周辺施設が気に入っています。歩いて5分位の所にDouble Doragonという大きな商業施設があります。施設内には、吉野家、ラーメン黒田等があります。この店は前回利用したので今回はThe Orange bucket というシーフードレストランでテーブルに防水シートを敷き食器を使わず手で蟹、海老、ムール貝等を食べます。プールドファイトと伝統的な食べ方だそうです。焼き肉食べ放題の店もあります。値段は高くありませんでした。

Stayed with my cousin for 1 night.Every staff i have encountered are very nice and polite. Biggest con for me are the rooms. My first impression was the room looks to be very nice and bed is clean.The air conditioning keeps turning off after a couple of hours which is kind of annoying. I had to unplug and turn the AC on again for it to work which is very annoying and we had to wake up drenched in sweat. Because of the constant waking up, I saw a cockroach at night and hid under the kettle which is kind of gross..Other than that, I would probably not stay at the property again.

It was near my office and mall. So it was convenient to stay there. Most of the staff are friendly and accommodating. But i did not like how the operator respond to me about my inquiries. The aircon in my room needs cleaning and it's not functioning well. Woke me up sweating a few times during my stay. I was hoping to have a comfortable stay that's why i booked a hotel stay before going home. But unfortunately it was disappointing.

My first time staying at this affordable rate hotel and I was actually impressed by the value and service. As I pulled into the driveway I was immediately greeted by the security guard who directed me to guest parking. The large covered garage has several floors with lots of guest parking and it was an easy short walk to the elevator where I was greeted by another security guard who assisted me by calling the bell hop baggage service. I was two hours early so the front desk pre checked us in and allowed us to enjoy the use of their large pool and Jaccuzi which was so nice and relaxing. The guest rooms and bathrooms are of a decent size and very clean with comfortable beds. It’s just a short walk to the Mall of Asia and many dining options along the way as well. The hotel breakfast buffet was good with a fresh fruits and salad bar, great value at an affordable price. With its convenient location and secure parking garage, I will definitely recommend staying here. I usually spend 3 to 4 times the price at another hotel around the corner but, after the great experience I had here I will be staying here again soon.

When I arrived, they helped me with my luggage and allowed me to get change to pay for the taxi. They also allowed me to check in early, and they check to clean my room every day. The staff is really nice at the front desk and the housekeeping department. Thank you so much for the amazing experience front desk and housekeeping!

So disappointed with our recent stay. So many inconvenience inside the room. First, the cover on the aircon unit suddenly fell on the floor, good thing no one got hurt, then the hot water in the shower room stopped working; the kettle stopped working and so many flies/mosquitoes flying inside the room. The worst is the difficulty contacting the room service desk!!! The line was so busy, and we have to go outside the room to look for a cleaner to help us out. What if it’s an emergency!!! You need to tell your front desk that they must answer the calls and not ignore it!!!
