Disgusting Room lot of mosquitoes
Room is dirty and drawer is full of cigarette butt (upon booking we requested non smoking room). Request for breakfast (included in my reservation with an extra fee) @6:30 serve @9:00. More than 2 hours of cooking for an egg and sausage. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED. Dont stay here waste of money. Gold Member of hotels.com here. Worst stay!

色々と最悪でした。まずは最初の手続きが上手くホテル側に入って無くて30分待たされました。ホテルの設備も古く、毎日、前を通るスタッフを捕まえてルームメイキングをお願いしなくては、してくれない不親切さ。二度と泊まりたくないです。

I booked for 9 days booked stayed for an extra 7 days because it was convenient. The food left a bit to be desired; but the street food was great. The staff were very good and we enjoyed our stay.

シャワーホルダーが初日に取れて10泊修理無し でも、それ以外快適だった、熱いお湯、適度な水圧、値段の割に良い 毎日のベッドメイク、鮮やかだった、タバコOK(トイレ内) もう少し掃除をやれれば完璧

Service is horrible. Staff are so inconsiderate. Super slow service. Smells very bad. Shower/toilet are not working. Manager Name Robert is so arrogant. I hate this hotel and I will not recommend it at all

You do not get breakfast as stated with hotels.com
Booked for 2 nights and free breakfast, but breakfast was refused as hotel.com, don’t mention breakfast on hotel booking 1st room was not cleaned, but next room they changed me too, was good

Booked for someone else and they were Happy
I booked the room for my girlfriend and she brought her mother and sister. The staff was friendly and attentive to their needs. Their check in was smooth and breakfast was promptly as the time requested. I would happily book this hotel for my girlfriend again. She recommended this place and she enjoyed it. I can imagine this would be a good room for someone backpacking or traveling through the city with various stopping points as they explore the country or city. Basic room set up, good location, great price, friendly staff and breakfast.

If i booked showed Incl. Breakfast for 2 but at voucher not Incl. , hotel room is too bad , no have windows noisy Aircon, not enough light, if i asked to upgrade and pay Difference of price they didnt want ,staff are helpless , unfriendly , every times even 2 minits you go out , you must hand over key card and they will give a small paper receipt, if you lost that small paper receipt , then you cant enter to your room no more , this is a hours hotel for infidelity couples and not suitable for tourist , also their foods too Expensiv but not tasty they didnt allow visitors more than 15 minutes, very bad hotel even my live i stayed. " If say direct you paid you own money and you stay as a room in Jail "

Your experience should have not happened as the culture and mantra of Hotel 99 is to promote and adhere to proper customer service. We value our guests so much that this incident has no place in our system. Rest assured that I will personally get to the bottom of this, and all those responsible to this unwarranted incident shall be meted with disciplinary actions. We will also look for ways to improve our current system to better serve our guests, and be able to give our valued guests like you with total customer satisfaction. Secondly, I would like to thank you for bringing this matter up to management's attention. We value comments, even complaints like this, as they make us aware of our shortcomings and improvement areas. Again, my sincerest apologies.

Didn't have my booking. Would not let me in until I paid again. I paid extra for breakfast but next morning wasn't available. Comfortable and clean , just not friendly as suggested by other reviews

The hotel room is clean and the staff there are quite friendly. The only thing that lacks especially in most 3-star hotels is the electric kettle. And also there are no toilet accessories and you have to take them from the counter.

We paid for 2 adults and 1 child (15 years old) at time of booking upon checked in the hotel wants to charge us for additional adult because of my 15 years old son. Also, they couldn't put a rollaway bed in the room. We end up getting a 2nd room. The breakfast was deliver incorrectly twice. The toilet was clogged on our 2nd day and they couldn't fix it and we have to room move at 2am. We asked the hotel staff to move us again for the 2nd time because the room that they move us was so tiny.
