Centraal gelegen
Een zeer goed en prettig hotel voor tijdelijk verblijf of doorreis. Het is een hotel zoals een hotel hoort te zijn, schoon en goede service, online boeken gaat zeer gemakkelijk. In de buurt van twee grote shopping malls en eten bij het hotel als in de buurt is dus geen probleem. Manila is druk dus hou wel rekening met reizen door de stad.

Goed hotel om te slapen. Voor comfort, kijk ergens anders. De kamer is klein en er is geen kastruimte... Schoonmaak gaat met een rotgang door je kamer en douche dus echt schoon is t niet

In regards to your concerns about hotels' limited amenities specifically the lack of mini-ref and microwave oven in our standard room set-up, may we politely inform you that Red Planet Hotels is an international chain of budget hotels, and our rooms indeed only have limited amenities when compared to similar properties in the area, however, we feel we provide good value given our central location, quality of beds, security, and the lowest room rate available in our area. We also believe that these were all explained to you by our team before you finalized the booking which you freely accepted and understood. Rooms small, limited towel, no slippers, or even free bottled water. Room has no added furniture, it is more suitable for local travelers and backpacker. It is located on the busiest road towards mandaluyong, not much eateries around. Behind the hotel, is messy dirty road. Walking to a nearby convenient store is not too convenient and safe, roads at night are dark, unsafe. Experienced a few hours of no electricity and WiFi cutoff. Only good facilities was the drive up carpark and more available parking lots, but must return hotel early to grab a empty parking lot.

Nice and clean. Room amenities and bathroom are modern which is nice. Fast wifi. Easy check-in. I like that you have to scan your key to work the elevator. Relatively quiet in terms of not hearing neighbors. My room was on the Shaw Blvd side on the 6th floor and I could hear street traffic. It didn't bother me much but others might. About 5 min walk to Shangri-la and surrounding shopping centers. The guard/concierge staff were very helpful. The only miss was the safe did not work. The batteries were low and it was set to the lock position although it was open. I stayed only 1 night so wasn't a big deal, but if I was there multiple nights I need to have it working.

Found the traffic noise a bit unsettling especially those antiquated passenger jeeps and motorcycles with loud mufflers anytime in the day and night. Did not get a good sleep at all, in 2 different rooms in 2 days stay. But the staff were great and really accommodating.
