'Fantastically comfortable bed, couldn't wait to get into it each of the 3 nights we stayed. Nicely appointed and very clean accommodation but in this day and age the least expectation would be a small microwave and a sink in the room. Found plates, cups and cutlery but not ideal having to wash up in the bathroom and Ranfurly doesn't have many places to eat out at night.'

'One of a kind stay in this historic location and building. The lounge area with its lovely big open fire and wooden beams is awesome. Restaurant meals delicious and staff friendly and everything is no hassle.'

'Lovely quiet spot in the farmyard...farm activity going on nearby...dogs, sheep, utes, whistling, and a verandah in the sun to oversee it all or stroll off down the paddock. Very special.'
