'Great location! Nice setup with a private balcony. Good communication all along. Single designated parking spot, which was nice and close to the apartment. Had some minor cleanliness things, like finding some popcorn in the pullout couch. Generally clean and nice. The AC split had a little trouble keeping up with the extreme heat, but that is not a major issue and was probably true for most AC units, but is worth preparing for. Not a lot of little extras, just your basic setup, which worked for...

'This was the perfect home base for our travels. Super close to the beach and very clean. The owner is very easy to contact and makes every effort to be sure you have a great stay! Would definitely stay again!'

'Absolutely beautiful home and outdoors!!!'

'Nice, Clean, Spacious for 2 families to fit.'

'This property was squeeky clean. We brought our 92 year old Dad and his wife up with my sister and brother in law to celebrate Father's Day and had such a good time. Perfect location. House could not have been cleaner and the communication was spot on. Would highly suggest this for your Acadia, Elberta, Frankfort viist. Happy!'

'I would definitely stay there again, great property and area I had one of the best birthdays ever there! Highly recommend!!'

'This space was perfect for a weekend away. The area was very quiet and private. We were close to lots of hiking trails and Iron Fish Distillery is only a few minutes away. '

Or we did it wrong) and not the front door on James St.Basic simple amenities- providing only what was needed which was totally fine for us. Could have used an additional blanket for the bed. We could’ve taken a blanket from the other bedroom—-we just turned up heat instead. There are working smoke detectors...

'The property was actually bigger and nicer looking than the photos. The TV was smaller, but everything else was better. This is the absolute best deal that I've ever had at a vacation rental in my life!'

'Great location. Thank you for sharing your place!'

'It was exactly as described. It was very clean and a comfortable nights sleep. We stayed 2 nights. Had a little trouble getting into our unit, and also couldnt get the door to lock as we went out for the day, but had no issues with anything. Location was great, making everything walkable.'
