'The Valet and restaurant staff were both excellent. The front counter staff and house keeping were horrible. Two out of five nights the housekeepers never cleaned our room or brought us fresh towels. When we called the front desk they were uninterested and of no help at all. The property is getting dated and the management and service for the price has left the building.'

'The Hotel was fine, Breakfast upstairs was quiet, it was ok. The most disappointing part was the hallways smelled and were dirty, the carpets need to be replaced.'
