The full kitchen has full size appliances and plenty of counter space. Enjoy a beverage and a board game on the deck, or in front of the electric fireplace in the living room. A private washer/dryer will ensure that everyone's swimsuits will be ready in time to head to the lake. Central air conditioning will help keep everyone comfortable, and guests can close the room darkening shades if they want a deeper night's sleep. Guests can enjoy shared amenities as guests of Wapato Point Resort, including eight outdoor pools, a tennis court, a fitness room, basketball court, and a volleyball court. Prepare for some serious lake fun!

This home is just a short walk to the beach, and there's plenty to enjoy within the resort. Enjoy a round of putt-putt golf at the on-site course, with Lakeshore Watercraft Rentals providing boat and jet ski rentals just next door. The resort pond is stocked with fish in the summer and is a fun ice skating spot in the winter. If you're looking to travel into town, it's just a half mile to downtown Manson and just over eight miles to downtown Chelan. Winter guests will enjoy being just under 10 miles from Echo Valley Ski Area.

Spacious Condo

We were comfortable in this unit and found it clean. We appreciated finding cotton blankets to use instead of the duvet that was too warm. A couple issues (keypad door lock not working and patio door being very hard to open) were pointed out in an August review with management responding that they would be addressed. They were not fixed by October when we stayed, however, the key pad was fixed during our stay. One other issue to report is the missing closure on the dishwasher soap dispenser so the soap pod falls into the dishwasher.

Wapato Point Stay

Overall our stay was enjoyable and the area is absolutely beautiful. We would rent again. 2 minor issues we encountered were the fridge was off when we arrived and took overnight to get cold. We thought it was broken. The other issue was there were 3 empty propane tanks so when we went to cook the first night we had to go refill the tank when we realized at 8pm. They did reimburse us but that took about a week and we had to following up to see where it was at. A bit of a hassle and one of the tanks should have been full for September long weekend.

Spider nests

There were spider nests on the living room ceiling and nests all over the veranda. I contacted the property manager several times and no maintenance people ever came to fix the problem. It was so disgusting we could hardly sleep. Will never rent from Vacasa again.

The condo was spacious and the perfect size for our family to be together and have space. Most of what we needed was there, only missing small thing that you would look for at a home kitchen but not bad. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Perfect location

The location of this condo is wonderful just steps away from the pool and the view is spectacular.

We really enjoyed staying here, this unit was the best property we had stayed at in Chelan/Manson area. It checked all the boxes.

Very nice home but way too expensive

Netflix was not available as listed. WiFi was not working the first day. The additional fees were outrageous. $1200+in additional fees. My husband rented it before noticing all the extra charges. Won’t stay again.

Perfect!

This place was perfect for our stay with our 3 teenagers! We loved having a pool literally across the driveway- which very few other people used during our stay and all the amenities of the resort! The view if the lake was actually better than in the pictures and the condo had a great, vacation feel to it. Some fixtures could use updating, like the stove and shower door, but overall a great place to stay and I would rebook here again in the future. Also- we were there during a record-breaking heatwave and the a/c was wonderful!

The home worked out great for our family get together with family members with children. The hit was the pool being right next to us, with multiple trips back and forth with children, so convenient! Winter Stay

We enjoyed staying in this home during the winter. The views are ok from the house, but the location is great. I was surprised when the property company needed a copy of my driver's license and license plate of my car when we checked in, considering we were not interested in using the community center because of the pandemic. Other than that, we would probably return to this property again. Manson is a cool town!
