'Our family had a wonderful time staying at Favorite Song condo! We were a short walk from the beach or to go into the town of Duck! We walked on the paths and beach every day, shopped, and rode on the hummers to see the horses in Corolla! Can’t wait to come back again!'

This was a great central location near the pier, numerous places to eat (two of our favorites were Grits Grill for breakfast and Black Pelican for lunch and supper), and just steps to the beach! 'Our stay was the textbook of how VRBO visits should go. Communicating with the host was easy and Tim’s responses were quick. I love the fact that our dog was welcomed, too! The condo has been updated throughout and is very clean. The location makes it easy to get to restaurants and shopping. But, the best part is the view from the deck. The deck overlooks the pool, and just beyond that is the beautiful beach. It was a perfect getaway for us!'

'Housekeeping apparently not great. There were pillow cases missing from one bedroom and one bed did not have a bottom sheet just mattress pad, but made up as if ready. Bathrooms were not swept and shower had hair in it. Trash was not removed from previous tenant. But, overall we enjoyed our stay and found that the property itself was well represented. It was exactly as described.'

'View was the best - ocean front with waves crashing all day. Sunrises are out of this world. We could have not asked for better view and condo. Caretakers were amazing... gave us good advice on things to do. Communications with the owner were also impressive. If you are in Outer Banks - this is the place to stay.'

'Seems strange but the property was all but empty, off season, yet the room above us was booked with noisy guests and we were put in a room with a parking lot view when better views were available. Upgrading rooms…good thing but was not a bother to us. Some upgrades were done in our condo which were very nice!'
