'The staff at this hotel are amazing and really made the holiday for us. They were so friendly and also very helpful in many ways, nothing was a problem for them. The tours they organised for us were great and amazingly priced. They even organised a special itinerary just for us covering a number of things we wanted to see. Mohamad our guide for the Giza Pyramids and GEM was so knowledgeable and took some amazing pictures, friends asked if we had a professional photographer with us!

'Excellent bang for your buck! The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was delicious. The café upstairs had a great selection of drinks and shisha. 'A neat affordable welcoming hotel in a quiet neighbourhood on the island of Zamalek. Moving around requires taxis while in Downtown or Dokki one might be closer to a metro. But taxis in Cairo are very affordable, only during part of the day the traffic is slow. Soon there will be a metro station on Zamalek too. 'Mooi en goed verzorgd hotel in het midden van de stad, onze kamer had een mooi uitzicht over de nijl. Het hotel staat vlak naast het Egyptisch museum'
'Het hotel ligt centraal, het Egyptisch museum, de metro, winkeltjes etc zijn dichtbij. Het gebouw zelf is een beetje spookachtig omdat diverse verdiepingen niet in gebruik zijn. De staf is vriendelijk, maar er worden te hoge tarieven gevraagd voor taxi's, excursies e.d. Voor een taxi naar het treinstation vroegen ze bijvoorbeeld 80 Egyptisch ponden, terwijl je 20 Egyptische ponden betaalt als je op straat zelf een taxi staande houdt.

Instead, we were given a massive suite on the 23rd floor, complete with three spacious bedrooms and balconies offering stunning views of the Nile. The suite was immaculately clean, remarkably quiet, and provided a restful atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. Housekeeping was attentive, providing fresh bottled water daily and keeping the space spotless.
The Hilton Zamalek also offers delightful restaurants where we enjoyed meals accompanied by gracious, attentive service. The pool area was another highlight, beautifully positioned with views of the Nile, adding a relaxing spot to unwind.
