'Perfect spot away from the hustle and bustle. Easy to get to Rome and Florence. Quiet at night. Beautiful view. Plenty of restaurants near by. Absolutely loved the quiet nights and away from the noise of the city. '

'Beautiful property, perfect location if you’re taking a cruise like our family. Beach was breathtaking, a short 15 minute walk to the train if you’re interested in going to Rome and good restaurants in the area. The owner was very helpful with setting up an airport transfer and answering any questions we had. Would highly recommend this property to anyone. '

'Perfect place to stay and visit Rome. The trainstation is a 10 minutes walk en from there in half an hour you are at the Vaticaanstad. There are supermarkets nearby. The owner is very friendly '

'Wir haben eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung vorgefunden mit einem wunderbaren Blick vom Wohnzimmer aus direkt auf das Meer. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet. Hinzu kommt, dass uns Simona mit vielen Leckereien überrascht hat. Die Betreuung durch Simona und Laura bei kleinen Hindernissen war umgehend, super organisiert und immer zuverlässig! Herzlichen Dank hierfür und die wertvollen Tipps! Passoscuro ist für uns optimal gewesen, Ruhe zum Erholen und nahe an Rom für Tagestouren. '

'Amazing huge villa that was perfect for our family vacation. Super clean, zero problems in two weeks stay. Close to Rome, lake towns and shopping. Great kitchen for cooking for a crowd. Gorgeous property. Comfy beds. Electricity was expensive, as warned by others. Don't hesitate to book this fantastic villa!'

'Siamo state benissimo in questa bella casa! Ho trascorso qui una settimana con mia madre, mia sorella, la mia nipotina di 3 anni e due cagne. La casa è accogliente e spaziosa, con un ampio salotto, due tavoli all'aperto (ombreggiati a seconda dell'orario) e un bellissimo giardino. Le camere (due doppie e una singola) sono comode e pulite. Tre bagni a disposizione (di cui uno interno alla camera doppia) fanno davvero comodo quando si viaggia con bambini...e con mamme non più giovani :) Unico...

'Was traveling for a cruise leaving from the port with my family and found the VRBO as a new listing! The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. We got lost trying to locate the VRBO and they came to help us find the location and with our luggage. As many places in Italy, there is no elevator so be prepared to go up some stairs. "We stayed 2 days in the room nr 30. The receptionist refused to give us an expedia VIP upgrade, even there were still rooms available for booking. The room we got was next to a room used for washing and storage of dishes and pans The restaurant was open for breakfast only, still the staff didn’t care to do their duties between 22.00 and 24.00 at night. We called the reception to complain about the situation and requested a different room but our request was rejected and problem not resolved. When we talked to the kitchen staff, we’ve got a very rude response that we can call the police if we want because they will continue as long as they want. In the bathroom we had only hand shower, the other part was broken. Overall, a very disappointing experience. "
