'I was pleasantly surprised that when I arrived at the airport there was a shuttle bus waiting for us to bring us to the airport. Didn't knew it was included.
Friendly staff and as there was no elevator it was very nice that the staff carried our luggage to our room.

Although, the cleanliness is just fair enough most especially the toilet, still manageable. However, what makes it a great place to stay is its strategic location that is close nearby to everything and the room accommodation is competitive. The transport transfer was easy breezy. "I stayed 2 nights in the weekend and I really enjoyed the very friendly and professional staff, beautiful rooms and the hotel in general. Breakfast was splendid and also a la carte for dinner is a great place. It is an amazing place from where you can easily can explore the island.
