'Surrounded by beautiful rice fields, wilderness and Peacocks this is an ideal place for who seeks a secure place for rest and respite. The hotel staff was amazingly nice and ready help. Those who travel from East like Trincomalee or Arugambay this would be an ideal rest stop. My meals by a la carte were delicious. Special thank to Food and Beverage Manager (sorry forgot the name) for his recommendations. '

'FANTASTISCH! Als wij Madulkelle met een woord moeten omschrijven dan zou dat het zijn. Je waant je echt in een klein paradijs in de bergen van Kandy tussen de theevelden! Van het moment dat we aankwamen totdat we weggingen was het personeel zo gastvrij en attent, heb zelden zo`n mooi team zien werken! Na het inchecken even tot rust komen op het terras. De lunch was net geweest maar toch konden we nog even wat eten van de kaart. In de tussentijd is waren onze backpacks naar de tent...

'The place was absolutely beautiful. Our room had stunning views and the facilities overall were excellent, new and very well maintained. The food was great, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We also did a trekking tour organized by them, which turned out to be a wonderful experience. This is truly a fantastic place that I highly recommend to anyone visiting Sri Lanka, far away from the chaos and mass tourism.'
