'On the plus side, this was a CUTE, well-furnished and clean property, priced well and even had on-site laundry. It was comfortable and Andrews, NC is a cool little town. Could you please add black-out curtains? There was one issue about no instructions on how to lock the door from the exterior when we wanted to go to dinner, but (after struggling with Expedia, see below) I called the number on the sign and that representative was friendly, informed and had the answer immediately. 'The Owl's Perch and surroundings is beautiful and serene. I would 100% recommend. The accommodation in very well laid out with many things thought of for your convenience. Enjoyed every moment, wish we could have stayed longer.'

'We were very pleased with our stay in this very clean and well equipped cabin. The host was very helpful and easy to be contacted. My only complaint would be about the pet policy/charge. We saw in the listing that this listing was pet friendly but didn't know there was a charge until we arrived.'

'Beautiful setting and very clean.'

'It was not a great experience. Smelled musty but appeared cleanish. Not a great area and not a nice parking lot.'

'Older motel but clean. The manager was very helpful in accommodating a change in our travel plans.'

'Very well renovated.'

'This is truly a hidden treasure! It was better than I had hoped for. We will definitely be going back and plan to stay longer. Most peaceful place we have ever stayed! Even though the way to the cabin is a single lane dirt/gravel road it was well worth it for the seclusion and view! Looking forward to our next visit.'

'It is in need of an update...mattress, sink, tub, paint, pictures.'

'Sweet cabin on creek. Quiet and not crowded. Kitchenette could use a few more amenities. Loved screened in porch. Perfect for two!!'
