'The breakfast was just so-so and there was a sign saying you couldn’t bring any food back to the room. The small towels were scratchy, and the staff wasn’t amazing. Our conditioner that was attached to the wall was broken and when we called the front desk, no one came to fix it. Also we asked for extra pillows and someone came with one pillow (and we had to put the pillowcase on).'

'Im sorry to say I ended up sleeping in a chair. I booked thru expedia and then called the motel directly to double check that I would have a wheelchair accessible room. Yes, the desk clerk said. The bed was at least a foot higher than my wheelchair seat, and there was no way I could transfer to the bed. Why are motels putting these new higher beds in what are supposed to be accessible rooms? 'Very clean. When we arrived the room was ready. The room was nice and they had the room cool and comfortable. Crackers Barrel was directly across the street and could have walked over. Wendy’s to the right of the hotel so you could walk there as well. Would recommend it if you are going to be in Prattville!'

'Booked this room for a member of our team. When he arrived he found blood on the bed linens of one bed and hair in the bed linens of the other. The staff offered another room but he decided to stay somewhere different. In their correspondence with me they stated that this person “was looking for a high end hotel” and I took exception to that bc no one expects blood and hair in their bed linens regardless of amenity expectations. I finally got my refund through Expedia.'

Next time we are in the area we will stay there again. I worked in multi unit properties for over 40 years.'
