'Antonio was the property manager while we were there for four nights. He organized a fabulous cheeseboard for us upon arrival set up an incredible personal wine tasting for us on the premise using their local wines. Antonio communicated Our meal preferences to the Chef and greeted us every morning with a smile and suggestions on where to go on the Douro Valley I highly recommend him as being the property manager full-time.'

'Interesting old manor. Guests can wander through the gardens and beautiful old manor rooms. There is a nice swimming pool area in the gardens. The estate produces an excellent white wine. You can preorder diner on most days but there are only 8 guest rooms so there may not be many takers. A car is needed as the estate is out of town. The staff were helpful and friendly. 'Très jolie quinta. Chambre spacieuse, très bonne literie. Le seul problème fut la lumière de sortie de secours très lumineuse qui nous a empêché de bien dormir. Il faudrait installer une petite lumière qui s’allume lorsque l’on se lève. Sinon tout était parfait.'
