 Ruime 5 slaapkamers (twee zijn Master Bedroom Suites) 4 Bath Waterfront Pool huis zorgvuldig onderhouden en ingericht met een kust-flair. De gewelfde plafonds en de overvloed aan ramen geven een open luchtig tropisch gevoel op het moment dat u door de voordeur stapt. Elk deel van het huis was gloednieuw in 2018, inclusief alle nieuwe meubels en apparaten. Keuken is voorzien van Quartz werkbladen, een ontbijttafel-gebied, evenals een aparte formele eetkamer. De woonkamer is voorzien van een 50-inch HD-tv die uitkomt op het nieuwe, open zwembad op het Lanai-gebied om van de eilandbries te genieten! Alle slaapkamers zijn nieuw met comfortabele bedden en porseleinvloeren. Alle 4 badkamers zijn gloednieuw vanaf 2018 met granieten bladen en porseleinen tegels. Het zwembad was gloednieuw in 2018 - verwarmd en verlicht voor een late nacht zwemmen. Grill uit of lay-out en geniet van de eilandwarmte! Er is gratis WiFi, 6 tv's, comfortabele bedden, handdoeken, beddengoed en zelfs een babybedje! Leuke spellen inclusief een nieuwe pooltafel in de privé beneden Game Room. Wasruimte heeft een grote nieuwe wasmachine en droger. Evenals een nieuwe extra droger in de badkamer op het lagere niveau. De kinderen zullen genieten van de grote tuin om in te spelen en we hebben zojuist een Snook Light op het dock geïnstalleerd! Als u een boot heeft of een boot huurt; je kunt het vastmaken aan het nieuwe 30 'dock! Het is een snelle Directe toegang tot de Golf voor een dag vissen of gewoon rond varen! (Voor bootverhuur raden wij Dolphin Cove Marina aan Bald Eagle Dr aan). De oprit is groot en heeft ruimte voor 3 auto's en ons huis is onberispelijk schoon en ruim genoeg voor het hele gezin. Geniet van het leven op het eiland - Marco heeft de beste stranden in Florida en Napels is slechts een klein eindje rijden. Relax, refresh, rejuvenate .... Live the Dream !!

Marco vacation

Location was nice but .7 miles from the beach. We drove and paid 20 to parkThe neighborhood was very nice. We had to clean the pool constantly due to a tree that overhangs and drops leaves continuously. The house was nice but you could tell it was an old house that was updated. The exterior doors were old and loose and didn’t seem secure I you are traveling with older people there are a lot of steps in the house. To consider. Other than, overall it was good.

Wonderful experience!

House was nice and comfortable and location from beaches was great. Weather was awesome!! Neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Pool was nice but a bit cool and leaves were dropping from trees a lot… not much sun in location this time of year but we made it work! We experienced some electrical issues and worked with host to try to get fixed. Workers were not able to resolve while we were there. They left panel exposed so we did not use ‘rec’ room, microwave, or washer/dryer for most days we were there. Cable was very spotty and went on and off. Not sure if it was in part due to other electrical issues?!? Overall, we had a wonderful time for our first time to Marco Island! Being with family is ALWAYS a blessing!!

Great property with a great host

Our family has stayed at VRBO’s many, many times over the years and we always try and give good honest feedback so others can make good decisions. I gave this property a 5 rating not because our property had no issues during our week, but because our host, Jodee, did an outstanding job of addressing any issues and getting them resolved as quickly as she possibly could. This property is a bit older but kept up very well and is represented correctly on the VRBO site. The house was clean and spacious and we felt the pool was larger than what the photos show. There are steps in the house so that could be a drawback but it was not for our family. Proximity to the beach was about a 10-15 minute walk which is stated correctly on the VRBO site. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood on a low traffic street. Upon our early arrival our family of 7 were greeted by the extremely friendly and accommodating cleaning staff who allowed us to store our luggage while they were finishing up cleaning the property. We were grateful that we were allowed to store our bags rather than lug them around Marco. As stated, we ran into some minor issues throughout the week that I believe were caused by the previous renters of this house. Jodee did a great job trying to get them resolved which for the most part was accomplished. We would stay here again if we had a chance down the road. Thanks again to Jodee for taking care of us and helping our family have a great time on Marco Island.

Great Holiday

Lovely Family Vacation

Lovely remodeled home in a beautiful neighborhood, down the street from Winterberry which offers beach access, stores, restaurants and ice cream for the kids. The pool, outside living space along with the grill and eating area offered a good mix of sun and shade. We had 5 adults and 2 kids 3 & under; 3 generations. It was very toddler/baby friendly with crib/Pack & Play, high chair and some toys for use. Plenty of pool gear too, for all ages, by the way. We also made use of the furnished bicycles, and the fishing rods at the dock. Thank you Sandee and Sandee Shores!

Thanksgiving Break

This was a perfect setting for our family getaway over Thanksgiving-5 adults, 3 1/2 yr old and 6 month infant. The set up is great for privacy of bedrooms and baths, as well as for common area get togethers and meals. The pool is perfect for entertaining young kids. Beach is 20 minutes away but easily accessible, as are the shops and restaurants of Marco Island.

We enjoyed our stay at the home. We had a glitch with the pool heater not working and it was finally fixed by our next to last day of our stay. We at least got to enjoy for one day. The half bath as listed is accessed through the main level master suite.

Great house in great location

Staying with two families, the two master bedrooms were an excellent bonus, but the rest of the house was equally great. Pool was well maintained and you can’t beat the location. We’d definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Sandee Shore was amazing. Communication with Jodee was great, any questions answered straight away. The house was beautiful, and so many extras, from the coffee bar to the beach toys and trolley. We just wish we could have stayed longer!
