Perfect in every way! Amazing home and location!
I You had me at 4 new bikes, 2 new double kayaks, heated pool and hot tub, canal home, located on a street at the end of a cult Isaac, within a short bike ride to Tigertail Beach!! Amazing! We have been renting 1-2 homes each year for the last 7 years. While all the homes had features that were special and unique, your home is the first one I want to stay at again! It is perfectly located; close to The Public and Winn Dixie grocery stores and The Speak Easy and Snook Inn Restaurants, two of our favorite places to eat.This home is well designed and decorated and newly painted! It has a new modern kitchen with all the gadgets you'll need to make amazing meals and those delicious pool drinks!! It has beamed ceiling in the family room, crown molding, comfortable mattresses, luxurious bathrooms, and an awesome covered patio with a beautiful wood dining set and wicker lounging couch and chairs. The chase loungers were so comfortable, such an upgrade from previous homes that we've stayed! The windows and sliders were perfect!! Previous homes had cheap versions that opened poorly and were almost impossible to open and close! The home is supplied with families in mind. There are many toys and games for inside and outside. There is even an area where extra tanning lotions, hats, and cooler bags are supplied. The light switches, pool/spa instructions, bike locks, and kayak information, were all clearly marked and easy to follow.The views from the pool and hot tub were outstanding! We saw three manatees, one dolphin, and a star fish all right in front of our dock! (6:45-7:00am and at low tide)We felt like guests in your home instead of renters!
