  • Onze prachtige nieuwe aangepaste 3 slaapkamers en een den zwembad thuis in Marco Island is gelegen in de meest gewilde en beloopbare buurt. De locatie is ongelooflijk - 5 minuten lopen naar het strand - en op slechts een steenworp afstand van de beste restaurants en winkels in Marco Island; Marco Prime, Oyster Society, DaVincis, La Tavola, BeeBe's Ice Cream Shop, Marco Movie Theatre & meer!

    De ruimte

    Het huis is een eigentijds kunstwerk; het interieur beschikt over 3 slaapkamers, een hol, 3 badkamers en omvat echt de levensstijl van Florida met indoor-outdoor living. Van ruime slaapkamers en het grootmeesterbad tot de gastronomische keuken en het Sonos-geluidssysteem dat u nooit meer wilt verlaten! Het interieur gaat naadloos op in de leefruimte buiten. Het zwembad is het hele jaar door verwarmd en de overdekte buitenkeuken is voorzien van een grill, koelkast, gasbranders, gootsteen en een buiten-tv. Het uitgestrekte dek biedt voldoende eet- en loungeruimtes; dit is resort wonen op zijn best!

    Gasten hebben toegang tot het hele huis, behalve de kast van de eigenaar in de 3e slaapkamer, maar er is een groot dressoir voor gastenopslag

    Het huis is volledig uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt om van het strand te genieten (stoelen, handdoeken, parasol en strandwagen om het allemaal gemakkelijk te krijgen). De keuken en badkamers zijn ook volledig uitgerust. De den heeft 2 bureaus, mocht u helaas aan uw vakantie moeten werken! Er is parkeergelegenheid voor maximaal 4 voertuigen, 2 parkeerplaatsen met airconditioning en 2 opritplaatsen.
    Er is een flatscreen-tv in elke kamer, een 65 "4K met Sonos Sound System in de woonkamer en een 55" met Sonos-luidsprekers in de Lanai waar u uw favoriete programma kunt bekijken vanuit het zwembad (om de Sonos System-huurders nodig te hebben om de app op uw mobiele telefoon te downloaden).

Very relaxing

This rental property was just awesome. Very pleased with everything from communication with the owner to location of restaurants and the beach. Definitely will plan to stay here again in the future.

The home is amazing! It made our stay on Marco Island memorable! We walked to the beach every day & swam in the pool in our backyard many days too. This was our most relaxing vacation because of the luxurious home. Book it - you’ll be so happy you did!

Marco Island

We were delighted with our stay at this lovely home. It was ideally located for our family vacation - loved the house and the very private pool, with an easy walk to the beautiful Marco Island beach and the shopping center with restaurants and ice cream shop. The owner was quickly responsive to a small pool issue when we arrived and was accommodating and friendly. We would enjoy staying there again!

Best house ever in Marco

Absolutely beautiful; just like the pictures shown on listing. Short walk to the beach with chairs, umbrella, beach towels provided. It was our 2nd time renting this house and hope to return another year!

Outstanding Property

This property will not disappoint- it is spectacular. Beautiful home, great location and incredibly responsive property manager. House is fully stocked with everything you could need - beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, fully stocked kitchen, etc. I am already looking to book for another stay with my family.

Close to Everything!

The house was awesome! Clean, very well equipped, and a VERY short walk to the beach and several restaurants. We didn't have a lot of interaction with the owner because everything was fine, but any questions we asked were answered very quickly. We have already booked the home for next year!

Perfect Location and Home

This was our first trip to Marco Island and we couldn’t have picked a better house for our family. The house was clean and everything inside was as described on the listing. Plenty of towels for the beach and pool, and bathing. The pool and kitchen were spotless, as was the whole house. The location to the beach and restaurants was perfect. Would stay here again when returning to Marco.

Great Stay

We have stayed in Marco numerous times and the location of the house is amazing for quick walks to the beach and restaurants. The house itself is great and very well stocked with items needed for the beach. Edward the builder/host was amazing to deal with.. Very accommodating and communication was excellent. Would higher recommend this house and plan to use again the next time we travel to Marco

Excellent!

This house was AMAZING! It’s even more beautiful in person. The house was very clean and has everything you can think of. We were 6 couples and plenty of room to spread out. Edward was a wonderful host, he checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Walking to the beach and restaurants was so easy. We fell in love with Marco Island and plan to come back to this house. Highly recommend staying here - you will not be disappointed.

Heaven in Marco

Totally delightful stay. Immaculate house with every thing one could desire (except bikes). Responsive and thoughtful host. Good taste and consideration in every way. Worth every penny. Pool toys and playthings were exceptional. Beach accessories were all one could ask. Pool was in great shape and a delight. 5 star stay.

Fantastic property close to everything!

Our family of 4 had a terrific 1-week stay at this property. It is gorgeous - exactly as pictured, very clean, and has most anything you could ask for in a rental (basics for cooking, cleaning and paper products, everything needed for the beach, etc.). The owner is very responsive and terrific to communicate with. The house is walking distance to so much - 1 block to the beach, right next to minigolf, restaurants, and shops. We also did a shelling tour from a nearby Marina (also walkable) and explored some other beaches nearby. In addition to the walkable restaurants, we enjoyed Doreen's Cup of Joe down the road for breakfast and Snook Inn for lunch. This is an all-around great property and experience. Thank you Edward for an awesome stay!

A bit of Paradise

Having arrived home, I am already missing this vacation rental and all the amenities it has to offer! You will not be disappointed upon your arrival to this vacation destination and from the moment you walk through that door you will already be in vacation mode with everything you need at your fingertips. Fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils and appliances, beautifully furnished living and bedrooms. A sound system throughout the house, an outdoor oasis with pool, sun deck, covered sitting area, and cozy couches. A beautiful beach just a short walk away with all the chairs, umbrellas, floaties, coolers, and carry all wagon you need to for a wonderful stay and a bit of paradise that you’ll find with this home!

Paradise found

To make a long story short, when my wife and I along with our close friends walked into the house we just said WOW! Being a chef, I was delighted by the spacious kitchen and the outdoor grill space ,along with the fact that it was completely stocked with various seasonings, condiments, and pretty much anything else I needed to cook a wonderful meal(especially after attending the Marco farmers market, which is incredible by the way…) The house itself is beautiful and has everything that we needed such as beach accessories, soaps, and shampoo and pretty much anything else we desired. The location is simply ideal -about a five minute walk to many excellent restaurants and right across the street from South Beach(although to be honest, we spent most of our time at the pool at the house. It was incredible.) Highly recommended!

Amazing!

This home could not be more perfect! The short walk to beach and restaurants is ideal. The home is well equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas and the backyard lanai/pool area is like an oasis. There were seven of us in total and it still felt very spacious. Having three full bathrooms made it very easy for all of us to shower and get ready before heading out in the evening. Most nights after dinner, we would enjoy the lanai area with cocktails, music and nightly swims! Eduardo checked in with us to make sure we didn’t need anything and was very communicative during the whole process. We will definitely rent this home again, if Eduardo will have us! We have stayed in this neighborhood many times, but this home is the crown jewel! The modern decor, location, layout is perfect for larger groups. A real Marco Island gem!

My first Marco Island stay

The home is beautiful. Lanai and pool area are equally as nice. Master suite and bath were very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Plenty of floats and toys for the pool and we used one of the three carts provided to transport beach chairs, umbrella and cooler to the beach which was a brief 5 minute walk from the home. We had to depart early due to Hurricane Milton. But owner, Edward, refunded money for half of the trip. He was very helpful during this stressful time. Plenty of dishes, silverware, glasses in the kitchen. Plenty of good restaurants close by. I highly recommend this location and plan to return in the future. Owner, Edward, made the entire process from beginning to end a very simple task. Definetly deserved the highest rating!
