Gerenoveerde waterfront uitje in het hart van de oude Marco

Klassiek waterfront Marco Island zwembad thuis 5 minuten naar de Golf van Mexico per boot. Op loopafstand van winkels, restaurants en voorzieningen. Dit klassieke huis is uitgebreid gerenoveerd met luxe en comfort in gedachten. Ontspan bij het zoutwaterzwembad terwijl u uitkijkt over het water bij uw eigen aanlegsteiger, of blijf binnen en geniet van uw 65-inch flatscreen smart-tv met WiFi. De hoofdslaapkamer beschikt over een kingsize bed met een eigen badkamer en een 55-inch smart-tv. De andere twee kamers delen een badkamer met een kamer met een queensize bed en de andere heeft twee eenpersoonsbedden. Nieuwe granieten werkbladen en meubels samen met nieuwe vloeren, bedden, wastafels, toiletten, apparaten en keukengerei. Nogal moeilijk te vinden wat niet is vervangen. Alle andere gebieden op Marco kunnen worden bereikt door te wandelen, de twee fietsen in de garage met helmen of een zeer redelijke taxirit. Niet te veel verkeer op deze doodlopende straat om toe te voegen aan de rustige en ontspannen Marco Island-charme. Strandstoelen, koeler en parasol in de garage klaar voor het strand. Ik heb een geweldige vriend met gratis parkeren. 2 mijl naar het centrum van het strand! Er is ook een Pac and Play, kinderstoel, dobbers voor het zwembad en 3 zwemvesten voor kinderen. Alarmen op schuifregelaars om u te laten weten of de kinderen zich afvragen. Als je voor 7 of meer dagen boekt, ontvang je echt een gratis zonsondergangtour door jou sunset. The house was very clean and well taken care of. The host was very easy to get in touch with from the moment we checked in to the time we left, if needed. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook meals. The outside porch was perfect for sunrise with coffee to sunset with a cocktail. We had access to the bikes, beach amenities and was in close proximity to shopping center, bar/ restaurant and beaches. We will definitely be back. 10/10 5 Stars

Amazing time at the Dolphin Bungalow

We had an absolutely amazing time at the Dolphin Bungalow! This was our second year returning, and once again, it was everything we hoped for and more. We brought our jet skis, and our teenagers had an absolute blast out on the water. The quick access to the sea—no long no-wake canal rides—makes it perfect for adventure right from the start. The location is unbeatable for boating, with the beautiful Keyweeding islands just a short ride away. Matt is a fantastic host—always friendly, helpful, and just a text away if you need anything. We’re already counting down the days until we come back next year!

Wonderful place, Exceeded expectations

Our family really enjoyed the place and the location. The weather was wonderful and allowed us to enjoy the pool. The place had everything we needed for a week and had all the little extras such as beach chairs, coolers, fishing gear, and such that are difficult and cumbersome to transport by air or auto.

Home away from home!

Our family of four ( kids 10 and 11) fell in love with this cozy little home! Right on the canal, our entire familyEnjoyed fishing right off the dock (and yes, we caught quite a few)! The pool was perfect for the kids to take a break from the beach. The rooms were SO comfortable and spacious! The bathrooms are updated and perfect!There was plenty of towels, pool toys, beach gear and fishing gear for us to use (including coolers and beach carts) that we were set up for a worryless vacation! This was so very helpful. Matt was amazing and so communicative! He took care of garbage days and gave us plenty of advice for our first go at Marco Island! We were even able to extend one more day which truly was the perfect ending to our stay!Just a short drive to the beaches and down the way from Publix, Snook Inn, Starbucks and more!10/10 recommend staying here! We are already plotting our return!

Bungalow Bliss

My husband and I came upon this property after 2 previous rentals canceled on us. What a blessing! This little bungalow was clean, had comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, bicycles, pool toys and enough beach items to make every trip to the beach easy. The location is excellent, we could walk and bike to Rose Marina, coffee shops, Annies, The Snook, Speakeasy, 844 and many other delicious and fun establishments. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and the view from the pool area and dock is lovely. Matt is a friendly property manager, always helping and offering suggestions. February 2024 was an awesome vacation!

Love this property. Matt was by far the best owner we have dealt with on The Vrbo or Home and Away website. Quick to address our concerns or questions. Being the first time on Marco Island his recommendations made our stay so enjoyable. The house was so comfortable even though we spent most of our time when we were there on the Lania, pool or the back dock. Everything you need for the beach If you decide to go and definitely bring the beach cart with you since it is a good walk from the parking areas . Will definitely rent one of Matt’s properties on our next visit. A Plus experience

A Place To Be

Great family vacation from top to bottom. This vrbo has it all from beach chairs and toys to enjoy the white sandy beaches with the kids. To a wine opener to enjoy a glass of wine on the back patio with the beautiful sunsets. Matt was easy to work with and always easy accessible when you had a question. Can’t beat the amenities this vrbo has. We will definitely be back.

The house is well equiped and Matt very helpfull. Bikes are available to go around, the neighborhood is very pleasant to visit aswell as beaches where you can go with the Beach chairs available in the garage. Perfect place at the Perfect time for us with a great weather.

Great and Relaxing Stay

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean (probably one of the best we've stayed at through VRBO). The saltwater pool was nice (kids liked it, although it isn't very large). There was a nice patio to eat outside each night. Location is good. Overall, we were very pleased and hope to return in the near future if it's available.
