Zo dichtbij als je op het strand kunt blijven zonder te betalen om op het strand te zijn! We zijn op een van de beste locaties op het eiland. Het Marco Walk Plaza is twee blokken verderop met een diner, een bioscoop, een 7/11, winkelen en nog veel meer! We zijn binnen waken afstand van het Hilton, Marco Beach Ocean Resort, en het JW Marriott ook als u Marco bezoekt voor evenementen in een van de hotels.

U vindt handdoeken, strandstoelen, een paraplu, een rollende koeler, sportartikelen, speelgoed en spelletjes om mee te nemen op het strand!

Het appartementencomplex biedt veel voorzieningen op het terrein, waaronder een zwembad, een bubbelbad, zonnestoelen, een schuifplank, een tennisbaan, een barbecueplek en een open parkeerplaats voor gasten. We hebben ook tennis- en pickleball-apparatuur om te gebruiken op de tennisbaan op het terrein. Het gebouw biedt apparatuur voor shuffleboards die te vinden is in de opslagruimte in het clubhuis bij het zwembad.

WiFi is gratis. We hebben ook een selectie van dvd's, Chomecast en Netflix-instellingen op de HDTV zodat u 's avonds kunt ontspannen terwijl u ontspant.

Onze keuken is volledig gevuld met keukengerei en kookgerei. We proberen ook artikelen voor basisbehoeften bij te houden, zoals papieren handdoeken, afwasmiddel en wasmiddel. Neem alleen wat u nodig heeft en laat het ons weten als de items bijna op zijn.

Check-in is een eitje! We gebruiken een verhuurmanagementbureau op een steenworp afstand van de flat, die u op uw station zult doorgeven. Sleutels worden daar opgehaald en afgezet, met een na-uur sleutelkastje beschikbaar voor aankomsten 24 uur per dag. Het kantoor is tijdens kantooruren open voor vragen en biedt ook een 24/7 contactpersoon voor noodondersteuning voor kritieke problemen.

We beloven dat u zich thuis zult voelen in ons ruime, rustige appartement en alles wat u nodig heeft binnen handbereik heeft. U bent welkom om alles te gebruiken dat u bij ons thuis vindt. Het enige wat we vragen is dat u om ons huis geeft alsof het uw thuis is!

Beautiful Condo and Location

This condo is true to the listing. It is beautifully decorated, very clean, and has beautiful views. The unit was equipped with anything we could need during our stay. It is within walking distance to a few shops/restaurants, as well as a short walk to the beach. Greg was friendly, gave great information, and was quick to respond. We absolutely loved our stay here and look forward to staying again in the future.

Great Condo with an AMAZING host!

Fantastic host! Condo was clean and well stocked with all the extras (special extras that you don’t typically find ~ beach cart, toys, trash bags, fans, etc.) The walk was short to the beach, beds were comfy, pool was perfect, and shopping and restaurants were close by. The perfect place for our small family! We had an amazing visit and hope to be back. Marco Island didn’t disappoint and neither did this condo nor the host. Top notch!

Spring Break Trip

Greg was great to communicate with- prompt and attentive. The condo was clean, well stocked with plenty of towels, beach items, kitchen equipment, a cooler and entertainment items. The beds were very comfortable. The walk to the beach was about 10 min either direction and the beach cart was very appreciated. The pool and hot tub were clean and easy to use. We’d definitely stay here again.

This was very easy to locate, move into and enjoyable to stay in. Location was ideal. Building is older, could use some refurbishing but condo was very nice. Mentioned to owner about needed repairs and changes which he seemed interested in taking care of. Enjoyed our stay.

Everything you could want on Marco Island

Greg's condo is very nicely updated and extremely clean. The beach is a short walk with a convenience store on the way in case you need some last minutes items to add to the coolers provided with the condo. We enjoyed the pool but ran out of time to enjoy the pickleball courts.

Couldn’t have been better!

My husband and I rented Grandview 409 for the month of February. This property was perfect from start to finish. We loved the ease of check-in. Greg provided us with our own private code to get into the condo. We loved that we didn’t have to stop and pickup keys at a designated spot before moving in. There were two very nice carts available for us by the elevator to move all our stuff in which was a big help. The place was sparkling clean and furnishings just as expected. The condo was spacious and had plenty of linens and needed items like fans. The kitchen was fully equipped. The best part - the most comfortable beds! And my husband even remarked about the great linens. We have rented many times in Marco Island but only for a week at the Somerset across the street. We thought it was going to be hard not being right on the beach but we enjoyed every minute at the Grandview. The location is great and an easy walk to the beach either north or south. Getting there was a breeze because we were provided a beach cart which held our chairs, cooler and beach bag. Lots of other toys in the hall closet if needed. We enjoyed the pool on occasion and took advantage of the pickleball court. Also, spent many nights cooking on the gas grills that were provided and chatted with the neighbors. Greg was always accessible if we had any questions. We will definitely be back! It was one of the best vacations we ever had.

Beautiful Condo with an easy walk to the beach!

The condo is very nice, clean and comfortable! The entire property was well maintained, pool and hot tub were meticulously cleaned. The island felt so safe and I think you could eat at a different restaurant every night for a year! We will be back!
