Spring break trip with 2 families of 4 adults and 2 teens. ProsGreat location close to JW Marriott and beach access. We walked over and a few times used the JW pool and JW Tiki bar and restaurants even though we were off property.Beds and bathrooms were clean comfortable and well supplied. Nice to have 3 full bathrooms for each bedroom Pool was warm and south facing with plenty of sun exposure.Lots of beach towels and garage has everything you need to go to the beach including bikes and beach chairsProperty manager/owner was responsive and lives around the corner. She met us at property for check in and showed us how to feed the fish.ConsThere is a spiral staircase to get to the loft bedroom. It is not pictured or described. If anyone has small children or physical limitations this could be difficult. There is little privacy or soundproofing between bedrooms since it’s a loft bedroom and there is also a peek through from staircase into the other king room.Biggest issue is if you plan on using the screened in porch or pool in the evening the owner has warnings that after 8 or 9pm you can’t make any noise above a certain level and she has decibel detectors inside and outside the house.Only one evening us 4 adults were on the porch playing cards and low music- at 11pm she called to say a neighbor complained. We had friends renting 3 other houses within walking distance away and none of them had issues entertaining people hanging outside even after midnight.
