Unit biedt een adembenemend uitzicht op prachtige Crescent Beach en de Golf van Mexico. volledig gerenoveerd in 2014, zeer luxe afgewerkt (graniet in de keuken en badkamers, roestvrij stalen apparatuur, glazen douches, enz.), smaakvol ingerichte (hedendaagse Italiaanse meubels), 3 flatscreen-tv en een videorecorder / DVD, strijkijzer en strijkplank, magnetron, broodrooster , borden en bestek, keukengerei, potten en pannen, handdoeken en beddengoed, koffiezetapparaat. Extra's zijn strandstoelen en parasols, tafels en stoelen op het balkon. Er is ook high speed internet service in het appartement, gratis. Uitoefening faciliteiten beschikbaar in het gebouw, en de tennisbanen in complex.

Marco Island heeft voor elk wat wils. Visserij charters en bootverhuur zijn enkele van het eiland favorieten. Er zijn talrijke golfbanen gelegen binnen vijftien minuten van Marco Island. Tennisbanen zijn beschikbaar op de site in de Zuidzee Club complex. Voor de avonturier, wateractiviteiten, zoals jetskiën, parasailing en windsurfen zijn beschikbaar binnen enkele minuten van ons appartement. In de buurt van Florida Everglades, waar men een moeras buggy kan rijden, airboat, of verken andere excursies. Er is ook een overvloed aan winkels om uit te kiezen in het gebied van Marco's leuke winkeltjes om de chique 5th Avenue in Napels. Outlet shopping is beschikbaar minuten van het eiland in de Prime Outlet Mall of de Miramar Outlet Mall in Estero. De Napels Philharmonic is beroemd om zijn live-entertainment en Marco Films, het eiland Movie Theater, staat bekend voor het serveren van het diner, bier en wijn, evenals de traditionele film voedsel favorieten. Marco Island heeft ook een enorm scala aan restaurants, variërend van lekker eten tot fast food. De vele restaurants aan het water zijn de plaatselijke horecagelegenheden. Marco Island is de perfecte vakantie plek voor mensen van alle leeftijden. Het is een vakantieparadijs. Dit mooie complex heeft toegang tot het balkon van alle drie kamers met een prachtig uitzicht op de golf en halve maan strand. Als je loopt de deur uit van de hoogbouw, het zwembad is recht voor je. Net voorbij het zwembad is de promenade die leidt naar de enorme witte zandstranden van Marco Island.

Our stay was everything we hoped for. Updated, comfortable condo. Everything was immaculate including grounds and building. The condo had everything we needed. The view and beach was beautiful. We especially liked the huge balcony with plenty of chairs and lounger. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

South Sea Resort Stay

This condo has been nicely updated. It was clean, comfortable,& well stocked. It has a great view of the beach. The owner was easy to work with and prompt to respond. We enjoyed are stay. The beach is extremely wide. A lot of room to spread out but a 7 min walk to the shoreline across the beach. There is a wide variety restaurants within a short drive - several in walking distance.

Great view of beach

We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoyed the view of the beach and sunrises. The property is comfortable and very clean. It is very well stocked. It takes about a 10 minute walk in the sand to get to the water but definitely worth it. The pool has plenty of chairs for those not wanting to walk There are quite a few restaurants within a 15 minute walk. Three different keys are needed to get throughout the property which is confusing at first. We had no safety concerns. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo was very clean and completely updated. Communication with owner was the best I've ever experienced. Nice secure gated community. Beech was nice and gulf ocean waters very warm. Pool was also nice, and pool attendant actually enforced the rules, which made it better for everyone. Lots of rules, regs, keys and codes to keep track of, but the privacy and security is worth it. 👌

Absolutely Lovely Accommodations

Extremely clean and updated. We rent frequently on Marco Island, this is by far the most well thought out rental. The amenities include, but are not limited to soft, large towels, soft toilet paper, glass storage containers, sturdy beach umbrella and chairs, comfy outdoor rockers and comfortable and absolutely beautiful indoor accommodations. The owners have thoughtfully included all the necessities and nice-to-haves. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, but worth it!

Beauty on the Beach

Beautiful condo overlooking the beach and gulf. Every convenience in lovely surroundings from the well appointed kitchen to the luxurious baths and very comfortable beds to a very responsive and helpful host. Mostly just my husband and I but we hosted 2 or 3 family members for a few nights and it was perfect! Thank you!

The owner was very responsive, kind, caring and an all around amazing person. The Condo was so clean, well stocked and everything was brand new. It is the best Condo my husband and I have ever stayed in . The owner would respond right away. The view is amazing. The beach area was not crowded and pristine. The ocean can be seen from the master and guest bedrooms. Also, the ocean view from the living room is outstanding. I would highly recommend staying here. My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at this property.

The property owner was very prompt with all communication. Condo was sparkling clean when we arrived, and had a generous supply of basics like toilet paper, etc. The beach is very wide, so the walk to the water was longer than expected.

Beautiful condo and location

This was our first time to Marco in over 30 yrs; we enjoyed the condo very much, it had everything that we needed. People in the bldg were friendly. The check-in process was easy. The pool was beautiful and loved walking on the beach. Would definitely book again. The owners were very responsive to emails, and the wife called to check in after our arrival.

Great Vacation Condo!

We've stayed in many condos for vacation. This is by far the cleanest and most up to date condo we've been in. Everything you could need is there and ready to use, the owner is prompt, friendly, and thorough from the beginning until the checkout. The property has great amenities, a secure gated entrance, and lots of great things to do in the area.

Marco get away!

The individual condo was great! Updated , clean, well stocked, and great view! The building itself needs some updating and is is going through window replacement so the noise of drilling mon- fri is annoying. Just go to the beach and escape the noise . Loved the island atmosphere and restaurants.
