Ons huis op 157 West Flamingo Circle ligt op slechts twee blokken lopen van het toegangspad naar het prachtige Crescent-strand van Marco Island en het JW Marriott-resort. Volledig gerenoveerd in 2016, vindt u alles wat u nodig heeft voor een ontspannen en comfortabele tijd in het paradijs! Ons huis beschikt over een ruime keuken met granieten werkbladen en een groot centrumeiland, ideaal voor het bereiden en verzamelen van voedsel. Alle apparaten zijn van roestvrij staal, inclusief afzuigkap en lademagnetron. We hebben een open plattegrond met gewelfde plafonds die de keuken, eetkamer, woonkamer en conversatie / leeshoek omvat. De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed, een aangrenzende badkamer en directe toegang tot de Lanai. De Master bad is enorm met een dubbele wastafel, marmeren aanrechtblad, een aparte marmeren tegel douche, vrijstaand bad en kast. De gastenkamers bevinden zich aan de andere kant van het huis en delen een bad met dubbele wastafel en een bad / douche-combinatie. Er zijn twee ruime slaapkamers, een met een queensize bed en de andere met twee grote bedden, waardoor deze typische "tweepersoonskamer" comfortabeler wordt. Alle drie de slaapkamers hebben nieuwe zachte matrassen en beddengoed. De master en Queen slaapkamer hebben tv's.

De glazen schuifregelaars vanuit de woonkamer en keuken openen naar de afgeschermde Lanai met verwarmd zwembad, ligstoelen, conversatieset en een eethoek met plaats voor 8. Nieuwe aanplant, verlichting en hekwerk creëren een privéoase in de buitenruimte, met oplichtende verlichting voor extra sfeer in de avond. Voor degenen met jonge kinderen hebben we een vangnet dat kan worden gebruikt om het zwembad van de Lanai te scheiden, zodat u kunt genieten van de open ruimte met extra beveiliging. Het buitendek biedt meer ligstoelen en een Weber Grill. Dit gebied had ook extra verlichting om 's nachts grillen veilig en gemakkelijk te maken!

We hebben gratis high-speed draadloos internet en alle televisies zijn nieuwe flatscreen HDTV's. Met tegelvloeren overal, en een geen huisdieren en niet roken beleid, streven we ernaar om ons huis laag allergeen te houden.

De garage is ook geverfd en de vloer verzegeld. Hier vindt u twee strandkarretjes, strandstoelen, parasols, strandspeelgoed, koelers, fietsen, fietshelmen en een slot allemaal voor uw gebruik en plezier.

The host is great at communicating both before the trip and during our stay. Home is in a safe neighborhood and only a block from the public beach access. The kitchen is fully stocked and even comes with spices, dishwasher pods, ziplock bags, and Tupperware. We used the bicycles and beach equipment each day. We had a wonderful week, thank you!

Magical Marco Island Stay!

From start to finish, the planning and stay, were absolutely fantastic. We seriously could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay for our first time in Marco. The location cannot be beat. We were literally one block away from the beach. You exit the property, hook a left, then a right at the end of the block, cross the road and you are at the beach! Kathy has the garage stocked with everything you could possibly need for the beach, including multiple carts, beach toys, coolers, chairs and umbrellas. It was all we needed and more. Garage also has a handful of bikes (no kid bikes for those traveling with little ones) that were perfect for riding around the neighborhood. The house itself was immaculate. Pool setup is fantastic, with accessibility from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. We spent hours out there daily enjoying family time in the pool. The table firepit was put to good use for nighttime hanging. Kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. Our kids (6 and 8) loved having a bedroom they could sleep in together, but with their own separate beds. The master bath was a big hit with our kids as well, as they enjoyed taking baths in the large, standalone soaker tub. The house is perfectly located on the island. Most of the restaurants were a short drive away. Maybe 10-minutes max to our "farthest" destination, with most places being only a short 3-5 minute drive. Can't wait to go back! Kathy is the best!

Perfect layout for our family of four

Probably the best stocked rental we’ve ever had. From pool/beach gear, bikes, umbrellas, and toys to cooking and kitchen needs, the host had it all. The home was meticulously clean. The host was in super responsive, clear and helpful. Check-in was a breeze and we had a perfect week at this rental. Highly recommend, worth every penny.

Incredible retreat

Our family had a wonderfully relaxing week in this beautifully decorated and maintained home. My standard for cleanliness is admittedly high, and it took no time to realize we could fully relax! Every amenity you could think of was available! The beach carts and accessories were exceptionally helpful. The community was so quiet, some of us even napped on the patio. The lap pool was a nice retreat from the beach while the beach cruisers were so fun to ride to the store and to local ice cream shops/restaurants. Kathy was exceptionally responsive also. We've stayed in our share of rentals and this by far exceeds all past experiences! We'll be back!

Great location, great house

We have rented the house over couple of years for a month in winter. House has all the equipment, basic supplies and all. Very well furnished, great pool and easy access to the beach. Quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants. Once had a problem with the dryer, within 2 days everything was fixed. The owners do respond quickly if needed.

This property met our expectations. The location in proximity to the beach shops and restaurants was perfect. The swimming pool was just the place to relax by at the end of a beach day . We have stayed several times at this property and it truly feels like a home away from home. The property itself is nothing short of amazing. Away In Paradise

We came back again and it never gets old! If you are looking for a relaxing vacation with the ocean nearby (literally a 5 minute walk), then this is the place to stay. The home is immaculate and everything you need is at your "fingertips". We truly spend most of our time outside in the lanai. We love grilling outside and swimming in the pool after returning from the beach. You can also walk or bike ride to restaurants. If you need anything, Kathy communicates with you right away. Great home, convenient location

Overall excellent experience. Property managers very responsive and helpful. Unit was clean and well stocked. The only big issue we had was the washer machine had horrible mold in the front load gasket. It smelled terrible if the door was open and we didn’t feel comfortable using it. Unfortunately they wouldn’t have been able to fix it until 5 days into our trip but they were able to let us access the unit next door to use that washer. Overall great experience

Great House, Great Location!

This house is in a great location and has all the items you want for a great family stay. The walk to the beach is less than 10 minutes, which is about as short as you get. The house is very well stocked - we cooked in for multiple nights and found everything we needed. The bedrooms are good size and the whole house is clean and well maintained. the lanai and pool are super fun and the outdoor shower is a great plus. 5 Stars all around.

House is perfect, everything needed for a beach House is available. Clean and covenient, couldn’t be better. Owner made our stay confortable and was available for any questions. We had a problem with the dryer, within a day the appliance guy came to fix it. Decor is vry nice.

Home away from home.

We could not have asked for a better place place to stay the last two weeks as we visited Marco Island for our annual winter vacation. We honestly felt like we were in our own house except in a much better location especially in January. All the amenities, great location and clean as a whistle. Paradise!!

This property has everything you want in a house! The location is could not be better - 5 minute walk to the beach and the JW. Our favorite spot in the house was the AMAZING outdoor space. The pool had the option to put a child fence around it which minimized stress levels of having an 18 month old around. Kathy went the extra mile with everything from the way it was perfectly decorated, to all the kitchen supplies to the outdoor items including beach chairs, bikes, even tennis rackets and toys!! A true home away from home

This house is the perfect vacation home a f is just as its pictured! It had everything you need for the beach and the pool or just to hang out with the family. From the pool, playing games to riding bikes..we did it all. It was literally 5 mins to the beach and the house had all you needed and more! The best beach experience! Very laid back area and the neighbors were friendly. We would definitely come back.

This house is beautiful, well appointed, extremely comfortable and is a very short walk to the beach. Kathy is an outstanding and very responsive host. We could not have been happier. We hated leaving, but will be back. One of my favorite vacations
