Het enige dat vergelijkt met het uitzicht op de oceaan is zwemmen in het. Dit 1.100 vierkante voet, 9e verdieping aan het strand appartement is geschikt voor zes comfortabel, met een kingsize bed, een koningin, een tweeling en twee badkamers.

We loved the condo but the walk to the water is long. Lots of beach! We went a couple weeks after Helene and Milton and the area was great. One thing I would change, would be codes instead of so many keys to open so many doors/gates. We went in October with fewer light hours in the day and I would recommend keeping the pool hours until around 9:00 pm at night.

The condo was as depicted in the listing. The view from the balcony was beautiful. I would make a suggestion that the keys be color-coded to make that process a bit easier. balcony furniture could use a little bit of updating.

Check in was easy and the condo was clean with nice view of beach. All the beach supplies we needed were included. The condo needs some updating of furniture and decor. We had to go buy our own TP What is supplied was awful. Kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was beautiful along with the beach where we found lots of shells, sand dollars and wildlife. Took a shelling tour to Kice Island found almost of shells there too

This property was exactly as we imagined! Plenty of room and comfortable. The balcony was so perfect to sit and look at the beach and ocean at any time of day! We had a wonderful week!

We loved this property!! It was exactly as represented in the online overview. Great view, clean, enough space for a family and all the amenities you need for a beach vacation. Any issues we had were more of the overall property (pool closure) and not for this rental. We would go back in a minute!!

We had a fabulous time in our Marco Island South Seas condo. The condo had everything we needed. The location is great because you are on the beach with excellent views of the gulf. Our condo was very well equipped, with all the amenities. You are very close to great restaurants and shopping. We took a boat ride to see dolphins that was very fun. We will be back!

The unit, and everything provided, was wonderful. Nice surprise to see a cot! My only suggestion is to have a laminated sheet stating basic information about unit, Especially where to find beach supplies. Maybe a pair of binoculars. But it was perfect!

We loved this condo and would stay at these towers again. My only huge complaint was the dresser in the second bedroom was not stable. It was missing many knobs and very top heavy. My 4 year old opened a drawer and the entire thing fell on top of her. Thankfully, We were right there and able to help her. I hope they remedy that and anchor the dresser to the wall. I found the high risers under the beds to be annoying for my kids to get in the beds too. Beyond that, location was great. The beach is about half a mile walk but you can tell it’s not that close from the pictures. We lost power during our visit due to very strong tropical storms and the building had it restored in a 4-5 hours. The room had everything you need and all the beach accessories in the closets next to the elevators. The manager was helpful and explained how to get in with the keys to those. The beach wagon was amazing! Laundry is on each level so you can easily wash towels and clothing if needed. The entrance to this room is on the back side of the building which was a little confusing when checking in at 9pm. The drop box key pickup was easy but at a separate location from the actual condo. The property charges $50 to park a car in the facility. The pool was nice and clean. The woman at the pool was very strict and loved telling you the rules and saying “it’s not a big deal!!” When not a single person made it a big deal. The other pool monitors (no lifeguards) were nice. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

My husband and I took our daughter to Marco Beach as a high school graduation gift. The unit was very clean and even stocked with some items. The owners left a very thoughtful welcome basket which was a nice touch. The view was beautiful and the beach was very clean and uncrowded. The area is lovely and it was a short easy drive to restaurants and shoppes. We have rented condos before at which you have a double check in process. It’s an annoyance but not the owners fault. When we had questions the property manager was very polite and responsive. As others have stated there are multiple keys which are used to move about the property. Honestly, there was usual someone to hold the door so it wasn’t an issue for us. It is about a half mile walk on the sand to get to the shoreline but a beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels are provided by the owner which was very convenient. We had a great time and would stay here again!

First day, there are sets of keys. It takes a day or two to figure out how to get in and out of all the facilities, the pool, the beach. The beach is actually locked. If you take a walk on the beach, you cannot get back to the road or anywhere else other than exactly how you went on to the beach. So if you walk 2 miles, and get tired. You have to walk 2 miles back on the same beach to go out the door that you entered. We tried to exit through the public beach and we were told that we would be reported to the police. There are signs everywhere. Do not smoke. Do not Vape. If you do not wear a mask we will fine you $50. Which after doing some research is completely illegal because the governor removed that restriction. The pool is wonderful. Too bad You cannot make any noise. You have to sit like children in a classroom. There’s no lifeguard, however there is a person there waiting to tell you you’re breaking the rules for laughing too loud. You cannot play music. I witnessed firsthand the guard telling the person to turn off their cell phone music because it was too loud. How far does cell phone speaker reach? 6 feet maybe, absolutely ridiculous. I Took pictures of signs that said no trespassing, members only. Can’t park here, must park there. Just in this tower complex I have over 50 pictures of different signs. I was walking through the parking garage on Cinco de Mayo, and an elderly woman screamed at me that I had to wear my mask. That’s great the parking garage is outside. The rules clearly state that masks must be worn inside not outside, so I questioned one of the cleaners and they said no, the rules for inside only. The residents here are simply out of control. Two days of the week were spent listening to the concrete saw by the pool. It was so loud that we couldn’t even talk. The next two days was consumed with lawnmowers weedwhacker‘s and air blowers. On day seven which was Friday, at 6 PM the person above me was drilling holes in the floor and using a hammer to install something. This is 6 o’clock at night on Friday night. Absolutely ridiculous. My review is simply this Marco Island is a beautiful place. You can find a much better choice than this condo. The residents in this condo view you as trespassers not guests. I’m a 54-year-old male, with a 50-year-old wife. So anybody doesn’t make an assumption that I’m some young person, we are not party animals, or noisy.

Very nice condo. Spacious and clean. It's clear that the owners make every effort to create a great stay. It's well equipped and comfortable. For those with younger kids, it may not be a great fit. The walk to the beach is quite long (about 10-15 minutes). The pool is mostly a 'no fun zone'. They have strict rules: no jumping in, no balls, no music, no food, etc. They enforce it strictly. My kids complained about staying at the pool too long because it was 'boring'. The check-in process is a bit tedious (check in at 2 different places) and there are multiple keys to deal with (not a huge deal, but just beware). Overall, we had a very nice vacation and appreciate the owners' condo. Just wish we would have read up on the pool rules before we booked.

We had such a wonderful week at South Seas. The condo was so clean and so well stocked with everything we needed. Our view from the balcony was amazing and lent itself nicely to an early morning coffee or late afternoon cocktail. The walk to the beach looks long, but is not bad at all. Would return here in a heartbeat

Beautiful view. Very comfortable. Nice people. Boys were not allowed to jump in the pool. Didn’t know there was an owners closet with a wagon to take to the beach (long walk). Other than that, we loved it!!!

The beach was awesome to be able to walk to. The rental unit was very clean and had everything you need. Especially appreciated the beach equipment and toys as we had two children with us. The only complaint I have is the some of the onsite staff and residents at this condo. They were rude and made you feel unwelcome. My children were getting sneered at in the pool as though they were not welcome there. I had a table in the corner of the pool area with an umbrella to protect my children from the full sun, and a group of residents came and sat at the table as though they were entitled. My bags and towels were even on the table and I was sitting in a lounger right there at the time (kids were in the pool). They were extremely rude. The woman 'managing' the pool area was also quite rude and acted as a bit of a drill sargeant. It's too bad because the area is very nice. I feel sorry for the people who want to rent out their units for supplemental income because the residents will ruin it for them. Very rude people. The unit itself, perfect though.

You’re right on the Gulf, close to everything (shopping, restaurants, activities). Shelling is incredible. The unit was equipped with everything you need. It was very comfortable. Yes I would recommend it and will definitely come back.

We were extremely pleased with our stay in this unit. The property as a whole was great as well. The unit owner truly made our stay enjoyable with accommodations for our kids. There were plenty of beach equipment, pool towels, bed options including a cot which was great for kids to have own beds. Only reason neighborhood did not receive 5 stars is b/c with 4 young kids it was long walk to beach even though beach front and odd pool rules for kids during certain hours and no jumping in. lol.. The Unit more than made up for the slight negative of community/neighborhood and we look forward to coming back. Thanks again for sharing your unit!
