Come stay at this spacious waterfront home, an easy 10-minute walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants! The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home.

The home provides 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathroom with tasteful coastal decor.
The large, resort style pool with lanai will be sure to keep you and your family entertained and relaxed.

The master bedroom includes a king-sized mattress and en-suite, perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and queen bed, a perfect haven for kids and teens, or a family of 4. The third bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized mattress.
The guests will have access to the entire house.
Centrally located, near dining, movie theatre, mini-golf and the beach!
Other notes:

-Pet fee: $150. Please note that pets are not allowed on beds and there will be a $100 charge if fur is found on any of the beds.
- Dogs are not allowed in the pool. There will be a $200 charge if pet fur is found in the pool/filter.

- We provide a "starter pack" to guests (toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, etc.), but the guest is responsible for stocking up on anything else needed throughout their stay.
- The owners park their boat on the lift and may choose to go out on their boat during a guest’s stay. They DO NOT need access to the home and will go in through the side directly to the dock area.
