HGTV heeft dit huis uit de gehele site geselecteerd ALS HET ideale vakantiehuis voor het model! Het huis was net vernieuwd en nieuwe foto's worden getoond 11-2018!
Geniet van alle privacy van 3 eigen slaapkamer suites en de 30 x 28 voet gewelfd plafond grote zaal en 26 voet van glas met uitzicht op het zwembad en de mooie lange uitzicht op het water! Een video is 3 minuten lang op deze site onder banden of het gebruik https: // vimeo. com / 140683482 of schrijven en ik zal een link te sturen. Onlangs gerenoveerd met nieuwe vloeren, verf, meubels, flatscreen-tv en DVR's met de NFL Red Zone. Het zwembad heeft een zonneboiler en 3 jet jacuzzi in het zwembad om te ontspannen. De woning is op de 8 voet fiets- en wandelpad naar het strand (10 min met de fiets) en (5 min met de fiets) shopping plaza en een fitnessruimte het huis is op een dubbele veel met een 2 auto garage en de oprit op een rustige zijstraat. Elke slaapkamer heeft gerecht tv en DVR's op elke tv met wi fi internet. Twee slaapkamers hebben uitzicht op het water, zijn er een wasserij.
Alle woonruimtes zijn op een niveau. De vloer plan omvat grote kamer, bestaande uit complete keuken, een aparte eetkamer, woonkamer alle open voor het Lanai zwembad en uitzicht op het water! De grote kamer heeft een 65 inch tv. Slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed een 50 inch flat screen kunt u genieten van uitzicht op het water, terwijl in bed en een eigen bad. Gemakkelijk parkeren voor 3 auto's en een lange oprit om tegemoet te komen meer parkeerplaatsen. Centraal gelegen huis in de buurt van alles op het eiland

De master bad heeft 2 personen tuin bad en oversized douche en dubbele wastafel. Twee andere slaapkamers, elk met een queen-sized bed en een eigen bad. Linnengoed, propaan grill, strand handdoeken, en fietsen, tennisrackets, hengels, gezelschapsspelen zijn allemaal beschikbaar voor gebruik. Ik en mijn vrouw wonen op een schoon appartement met een aparte ingang met geluidsisolatie. Property was nice! Everything was clean and welĺ maintained. We went in July and the weather was hot! Pool was nice, the water temp was like a warm bath. Solar heated and in full sun most of the day..so to be expected. Central location and easy access to all Marco Island offers. We enjoyed our stay. Host was accessible and communicated with us easily. Everything was there to go to the beach and enjoy the day. A map of the island provided activities, restaurants, etc. Really relaxing. We would return.

Nice and clean home. If your cold nature this house is for you. I didn’t notice in the description that you’re not allowed to turn the air down past 74 degrees, it’s 90 plus degrees here every day and yes we kept the blinds closed. The master bedroom and bath was very warm. The week there the pool pump was out and there were tiny bugs everywhere!!

Marco vacation house

Communication was fantastic from start to finish. Even though the owners were on the premises in an arched house, you would never have known it. Great location with a short drive anywhere on the island. This house was exactly as the pictures had portrayed. Clean and well cared for. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen that had every utensil we could have needed. The only downfall was that the pool was too hot to use, but this was no fault of the owners. The weather was over 90 degrees our entire trip. We truly enjoyed our stay in this home and look forward to our next trip.

Goes against the current VRBO commercial with Saban.

The house was nice enough. Unfortunately, there is nothing in the listing that says the home owner is living under the same roof. I guess the Nick Saban commercial by VRBO is for laughs and something they do not practice. The house was definitely priced as though it was a single family residence.

Fabulous!

The photos, descriptions, and amazing feedback from other renters were spot on. We had access to 2 bikes as well as fishing gear for the dock. We even had a dolphin visit our little slice of heaven which captivated our family. One week was not enough to do all the exploring we wanted to do. We will be back!

Great stay in paradise

My wife and I stayed here for two weeks, and our daughters each came for a visit with their husbands and our granddaughter. It is a beautiful home! The layout is great and it is very spacious with a beautiful view of the water from the lanai. There’s plenty to do very close to the home, and lots of great restaurants nearby. It was a terrific escape from the snow and cold back home!

We had a great week in this beautiful home! Really appreciate that the owners let us check in early. Home layout was perfect as our college students had their own end of the house while my husband and I had the other end. Beautiful home and gorgeous view. Very convenient location. We stayed with our adult children. We loved everything about the home. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed the pool area, grilling and eating outside and fishing off the dock. It was just as described, clean and comfortable!

Like the description says - immaculate. Everything you need was there and so convienent. We actually stayed in most days and just hung out at the pool. Marco Retreat

This home is beautifully located on a channel. It was very relaxing to go out and look at the fish in the channel and all the other sea life. We were hoping to see a dolphin but that didn’t happen. The house was great with 3 separate bedrooms and bathroom so everyone had their own privacy. We enjoyed the pool every night after a day of adventures I would recommend this home and hope down the road to possibility return. Thank you so much for sharing your amazing home.

Great Spring Break

We stayed at Tom & Gabriela’s beautiful home this past week 3/2-3/9/24, our first spring break that both college kids aligned up in 3 years! The property was beautiful and clean, really loved the black and white as it is similar to our home, which made it more comfortable. Marco Island was a first for us and enjoyed it overall, clean friendly and easy to get around. The back patio and pool was enjoyed all day and evenings. Dock access was great for fishing and kayaking and the view down the canal was beautiful. I'm not sure if Tom & Gabriela are aware that two burrowing Owls roost in the palms next to the pool, ALL Day everyday we were there, I mean they were 4-6 feet away at head level and did not care how often we looked or snapped pictures, they were so breathtakingly perfect little creatures. We would definitely recommend this house!

Gorgeous home, Great neighborhood

We rented this home with 2 other couples. The house was exactly as pictured. The neighborhood was picturesque, we frequently enjoyed the beauty of the area. There is a grocery store within walking distance so that was helpful for meals we didn't want to eat out.

Relaxing week at Marco island

We had a amazing stay for a week. The house and pool was clean, well stocked and perfect for our stay with 5 adults. The location was good. Though the beach was a mile or two away we enjoyed the walk. The owners responded to our requests. There were some water supply issues around the house. The owners handled it with urgency and gave us discount. All in all we loved the house and Marco island.
