'We had a wonderful stay in this house! It was clean, well-stocked (they've thought of just about everything you might need), and very convenient for the Porcupine Mountains State Park. Getting there was easy, and the instructions were clear. If you're looking for "fancy" accommodations, you really won't find them in this area - keep in mind that these are simple houses originally built to house miners and their families. 'Since my review keeps getting denied I will have to put this very nicely . Stay somewhere else . The home is NOT equipped to sleep 6 people . I do not trust the host as far as the said “damage” report after my stay . Terrible experience. Unfinished floors are dangerous with bare feet . I was scolded for leaving crumbs in the sink … At night you can hear rodents chewing at the floors and walls . Hotel is worth the extra , definitely! Literally anywhere else . '
