The Rivermouth Beach House is perfectly located where the river meets the sea, providing the ideal base for your next escape. Visit the region’s famous wineries, explore the rugged coastline or relax on one of the pristine beaches nearby.
With high ceilings, ample natural light and high-end finishes, this three-bedroom house can be a home away from home for couples, families and small groups, designed to comfortably sleep six guests.
While relaxing on the deck among the native trees and wildlife, it’s hard to believe this house is just a short drive from the town centre.
The Space -
Nestled among some of the most prestigious houses in the region, this new, architecturally designed free standing home is one of the first to be constructed on the strata.
This accommodation is conveniently located just a 10 minute drive from the Margaret River town centre and 5 minutes to the coast. It is there you will discover some of the best beaches in the region, from Surfers Point to the rock pools of Prevelly.
This home boasts three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. The North-facing solar passive design is based around open plan living, however the house offers different spaces for you to relax and unwind or enjoy a meal. The living space expands with a large deck and idyllic outlook where you can watch the local bird life or unwind with a late afternoon drink. There is a wood fireplace in the TV/Living area.
This house offers all the amenities you will need, including linen and towels, washing machine and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. Kids are certainly welcome and catered for with a portable cot, highchair and some books and toys.

Other things to note -
Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc.

Property Fee: Please note that the property fee is the Cleaning & linen fee, it says 'pay at property' however this amount will be charged to you when the amount is taken for your booking. We offer self check-in accommodation and do not have facilities where we can take payment at the property.

Credit Card Fees: 1.75% credit card fees apply for domestic VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS, 3.50% for international VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS and 3% for AMEX.

Please note some of houses on the strata are still under construction, but the owners have found any noise to be minimal.
