Twee slaapkamers twee badkamers architect ontworpen huis met uitzicht op de beroemde baai van Marigot.

Het beste van beide werelden; moderne luxe met een prachtig uitzicht en Andy ruimte om te ontspannen.

Het huis maakt deel uit van een luxe twee-huizencomplex maar indien geboekt als een enkele woning, dan zult u het gehele landgoed voor uzelf hebben.

Met een overloopzwembad met uitzicht op de baai, wilt u waarschijnlijk dichtbij blijven, maar als u het eiland wilt verkennen, is Marigot perfect gelegen.

Met 6 restaurants en het 5-sterren Marigot Bay Resort binnen 5 minuten lopen, zijn 's avonds gemakkelijk te bereiken.

Onze huismanager zorgt voor alles wat u nodig hebt en regelt transfers, rondleidingen, boottochten en nog veel meer.

Dit is echt een uniek pand met een ongeëvenaard uitzicht.

Cyrus, the house manager, made sure we had a wonderful time during our stay in St. Lucia. He set up a boat for us one day, he personally drove us to the Sulphur Springs, and he cooked us an amazing bbq dinner our last night there. He was always there to help with anything and answer any questions during our stay. Cyrus is absolutely amazing! Thanks for making our family trip to St. Lucia amazing!

We had no complaints regarding the property. The unit is large and has all that you would need. Admittedly, it was rather antiseptic .... but certainly functional. The bathrooms are on the second floor; so be aware.The views from the multiple decks were beautiful. Though there is a pool, the water was frigid. Not at a temperature that one could enjoy for an extended period.The biggest challenge was getting to the property. We're from the states so driving was an adventure. We arrived after dark which made driving on narrow winding roads a challenge. We're rather adventuresome so it made for quite the experience but do know that getting to the property from the airport was .... harrowing.The property manager was ever present. We are rather self sufficient so he was probably underutilized but was available if needed. He recommended we not drink the water so try to stop by the local grocery store when in route to the property from the airport. You'll drive right by a Massey's which should have most of what you would need.Final thought ... the property certainly met expectations. The listing is spot on. The other issues mentioned are simply life on St Lucia. It's beautiful but it is different. Also, there are several restaurants down the road from the property. Its about a five minute drive or 15 minute walk. We trekked it multiple times ... as i said, we're adventurous.

The stay was excellent and the guest villa was just as described. Very clean and spacious. Beautiful views and great location to the harbor. I was not aware that the electrical was all 220 voltage and did not have ability to charge phones with usb-c cords. It does have the ability to charge with a usb port if you have that charging cord. Also, I was not aware that there was no dryer but there are supplies to hang dry clothes. Excellent communication with Mark and Cyrus to ensure our needs were met. Cyrus was especially helpful in recommendations of excursions and making my family feel we were taken care of throughout our stay.

Quelle splendide vue de la terrasse du propriétaire où se trouve aussi la piscine sur Marigot Bay ! De nos terrasses, nous avons pu assister aux magnifiques couchers de soleil sur la mer. La propriété se trouve seulement à 18 minutes à pied de Marigot Bay et à 15 minutes d’une petite plage caillouteuse. Nous avons moins apprécié les signes de fatigue sur les équipements extérieurs et intérieurs (meubles de jardin, canapé, table de chevet, placards).

Property was in a great central location on the island and had the most amazing views of Marigot Bay and the Caribbean Sea. House was spacious and clean and kitchen was well equipped. Our only complaint was no bathroom on the first floor so beware if steps are a concern for you. Cyrus was a gem, addressing any concerns right away and providing great recommendations. While not entirely clear from the photos, the pool area is located at the main house but still only a short walk from the guest house and you have full use during your stay. Overall, a really nice property and we would stay again.

Beautiful views, clean, safe, comfortable.

We stayed in 3 places while in the Caribbean and this was by far the best. We used the pool and deck multiple times each day and enjoyed the view in both directions.This was a relaxing stay for us after a couple weeks of long hikes, rainy days and go-go-go activities.Bed was comfortable, we slept well. Morning walks were nice (but hilly!). Good kitchen for food prep. Lots of reading and enjoying the view and boat watching.We will say that the little town and beach in he bay are kind of dirty, but that’s not related to the property in any way. There was a nice coffee shop there and we ordered pizza from the Villa delivered one night and it was good and reasonable.Recommend this place if you’re looking to relax and enjoy the view.

What a GEM! Boy we lucked out!

The view of Marigot Bay poolside and of the Caribbean Sea from the master bedroom. I looked at so many places trying to decide the perfect place to stay and boy did I pick the right coconut. Breathtaking views, wonderful staff on call and most importantly attentive host. Thanks for the memories!

Location is amazing with truly beautiful views . Well worth the winding, rutted drive from the car park in Marigot Bay.The villa is spacious and comfortable with the extra bonus of having exclusive use of the pool and surrounding outside dining area. Marigot is an excellent base for exploring the North of the island. It has some excellent eateries with the option of a free romantic boat trip to get you to your restaurant! There are good local shops for groceries etc and the staff who look after the villa are very helpful and a good source of information. Having access to a car is important if not essential.In terms of improvement areas written information on the use of household appliances in the villa eg oven and TV would be helpful but this was a minor issue .We would love to come back in the future. Thank you

New Year

We spent three nights at the property over New Year. It's clean and well equipped, but the real standout is the outstanding range of views from the different areas. We had a new year's eve BBQ by the pool with a great view of the fireworks. The walk down into the centre of Marigot Bay was 13 minutes each way, I'd recommend a torch. Communication from the owner in advance of our stay was detailed and clear. Locally, Cyrus is an excellent property manager and it was helpful to have him show us the final part of the drive to the property.

My family and I had a great stay! House was extremely clean and had every we needed. Cyrus was a great house manager, very friendly and accommodating. We loved the view from the pool! Restaurants are nearby, we thought the food was best at The Villa which is very close to the house. Mark was very prompt with communication. Overall, a great stay!

Spectacular Marigot Bay View

We were extremely pleased with the accuracy of the listing description as the property. The communication with the property owner and manager was excellent, including advice on pre-customs requirements. The views over Marigot Bay from the pool and deck were spectacular and integral to the experience. We cannot say enough good things about Cyrus the property manager, who was always available for advice on local attractions, matters, etc., which is important when you are managing a private, off-resort vacation. The house was perfect for a family, providing all amenities required. We would certainly wish to repeat the experience at this property next time in St. Lucia.

Loved the location. The view is incredible. The pool looks amazing. I would say a car is required. It is a difficult walk to the marina. Both the owner and the house manager was easy to work with. Perfect vacation home in a beautiful location.

Rented this property to attend a wedding on the island. The property is nice, views are spectacular at the top of a very steep peak but that made it difficult to get anywhere because it’s too steep to walk and we were unable to reach the manager who said he would transport us anywhere we needed for the week.

Recent Trip

I stayed in this home for my recent trip to Saint Lucia. The property is absolutely beautiful. It’s located in a quiet area with no neighbours in the front. You don’t even see or hear cars or people going by. It’s perfect for anyone looking to have a relaxing, quiet vacation. The back is where the real magic is. You have a breathtaking view of the Marigot Bay where you can watch the boats daily by. You can enjoy the pool also. Mark was a great host and communicated effectively. He responded in a timely fashion and ensured my stay was comfortable. 10/10 would recommend.

Lovely accommodation in a great location

Just returned from a wonderful 2 week stay at this amazing location. Well equipped accommodation in a stunning position that would be hard to beat. Various seating and eating areas overlooking the wonderful bays. Cyrus the HouseManager is a true asset who makes your stay that extra special as well as on hand to sort out any queries or issues. Plenty of local places to eat and The Villa is easy walking distance both ways, though a taxi is welcomed on the return up the hill following a lovely selection of cuisine. Marigot Bay is centrally situated to visit Pigeon Island in the north, sulphuric springs, botanical gardens and chocolate making in the south as well as zip lining to the east! Our favourite beach was at Ti Kaye where you pay $10 to visit but you get this credited in their superb restaurant, though the $2 ferry to the local beach gives you the chance to sample rum and coconut from its shell and meet Santa selling his fruit from a paddle board!!! A quick bite from Chef Caroline’s green caravan opposite Roots 2 is a must!!! A real holiday experience not to be missed!!!!
