'The room was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. The staff is also great (they've been very helpful every time I've stayed there). As to amenities, though, there are none--so bring your own shower cap, toothpaste, hand lotion, etc.! (and bring your own coffee, coffee cup, coffee filter, and a pot to heat water if you want to make coffee in the room)'

'After a 12 hour delay in flights we arrived at night in stead of day time, really nice reception quick and smooth but that was the inly positive vibe we noticed later. We arrived around 22.00 everything in the hotel but also in town was closed , we looked and asked everywhere , we couldn’t buy something to drink even water or stronger at our arrival. Super strange on a friday night it looked like a gohst town (pretty but nothing to do) super sad
Went to bed curtain did not want to go down and...

'They don't have coffee makers in the room. And you have to get one at check in and carry it to your room yourself. When I asked why, he said bcs they took a survey and people complained about having coffee makers in their rooms. So they took them out. Look, just don't gaslight me the moment I check in. You want to save money, I get it. But this was just flat out weird. Then I was asked of Amy email so he could send a receipt. I was told it wasn't for marketing. And I immediately started...

'The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. When we booked a room with a king bed, the pictures for that booking showed a room 3x as large as the one we got. I talked to the staff to ask for a discount since the picture was misleading. I have never had a more gaslighting conversation in my life. He insisted that I needed to be the one to contact Expedia myself and that he and the hotel had absolutely no responsibility or ability to do that themselves. It was a special weekend for me and my...
