'Nice hotel. The employees were helpful, breakfast standard. The wifi did not work well in the room.'

'Hotel must have been very nice when it was new. But it really needs a major renovation. Elevators were mostly not running, mattresses were old and soft, furniture needs replacement. Staff were very helpful and friendly, it was the one saving grace.'

'They had smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms we went into the smoking first and it looked like they threw the box springs in mud and just put them back in the room. We went to the non-smoking room on one bed obvious dog hair all over I have pictures and the other bed had been used. If I didn't have to give any stars they would have got zero. Unless you are absolutely desperate no matter of fact sleep outside.'

'The office and the room had a vile oder. After checking in the staff said she had to go change the sheets. When she gave me the room there was feces all over the toilet, the shower was dirty, the bed had a flat sheet that didn't fit, the microwave and fridge was dirty.'

I was very reasonable and respectful never caused an issue the owner is very disgusting hangs up the phone on customers and corporate doesn’t give a solution just very stand offish even lied and said I was still at the hotel when I checked out 8 hours after I arrived . do better .'

Here we ran into one problem where the toilet in our room some kind of way went out, and they immediately fixed it and put us in a different room no hassle whatsoever very friendly staff in the property was well kept we enjoyed all of the amenities the pool, & breakfast.'

'The place has a bad infestation of roaches. I had the front desk move me twice and it got worse with each room. The last room had bugs so bad that we couldn’t turn the lights out to sleep. My boyfriend managed to fall asleep but I was up the whole night killing bugs on the ceiling over the bed , next to the bed and every where else in between. 'Checked in and checked out the same day. Worst hotel ever and will never book there again. Even the employees called it a ghetto hotel. The manager was never available and we had to go back the following day three times to make sure we received our refund. The room was awful and falling apart plus they had no necessities for an extended stay. The hallway also smelled terrible and we did not feel safe staying at this hotel.'
