'I enjoy my stay but it wasn’t the best kept property but the staff were a good help'

'Hotel must have been very nice when it was new. But it really needs a major renovation. Elevators were mostly not running, mattresses were old and soft, furniture needs replacement. Staff were very helpful and friendly, it was the one saving grace.'

'They had smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms we went into the smoking first and it looked like they threw the box springs in mud and just put them back in the room. We went to the non-smoking room on one bed obvious dog hair all over I have pictures and the other bed had been used. If I didn't have to give any stars they would have got zero. Unless you are absolutely desperate no matter of fact sleep outside.'

I was very reasonable and respectful never caused an issue the owner is very disgusting hangs up the phone on customers and corporate doesn’t give a solution just very stand offish even lied and said I was still at the hotel when I checked out 8 hours after I arrived . do better .'

'The only good thing was location. I should have know it might be a problem as when i checked in, people were requesting a refund. The room had dirty and stained sheets and towels. The floor looked like it was never cleaned or vacuumed, the door was filthy. The refrigerator had black mold. The bathroom had black mold around the tub and just dirty. The toilet paper holder was broken. The plastic trim around the bottom of the wall was off in several locations. One of the beds were broken. The air...

'It took a while for the ac to cool down the room since it was totally turned off when I arrived'

'Checked in and checked out the same day. Worst hotel ever and will never book there again. Even the employees called it a ghetto hotel. The manager was never available and we had to go back the following day three times to make sure we received our refund. The room was awful and falling apart plus they had no necessities for an extended stay. The hallway also smelled terrible and we did not feel safe staying at this hotel.'
