'Sono stati gentilissimi, arrivati in hotel ci hanno dato un upgrade ad una suite !!! avevamo dimenticato una felpa in camera e 2 giorni dopo, quando ce ne siamo accorti, e abbiamo telefonato, hanno trovato la soluzione per farcela arrivare a Tirana prima del nostro volo , e si sono pure preoccupati a telefonare per assicurarsi che tutto sia andato bene, oltre qualsiasi aspettativa !!! GRAZIE !!! '

'A very new hotel (2022). Everything is in working order. The room is spacious. A nice small garden next to the bar downstairs. As we were there just before season, no dinner at the rooftop, only breakfast. The view from room 505 is superb! Breakfast is adequate but not lavish. '

"Beautiful place with the kindest People I met. They make u feel completely home. Everything u need is there. A good restaurant with very nice staff, a nice infinity pool with beds, wellness... Everything. And if u need something like information or a trip somewhere, they help u so u dont have to worry about anything.
