Bijna elk raam heeft uitzicht op het meer. Meerdere fonteinen en waterpartijen op het terrein van 2 hectare. Gazebo, apart gescreend in de kamer met en mooie stenen patio met outdoor vuurplaats. Meerdere zitplekken buiten met banken en wandelpaden. Ruimte voor een huurboot en jetski's of zelf meenemen; 2 slips beschikbaar. Groot overdekt dok met zwemplatform met water van meer dan 10 meter diep. Vissen vanaf de kust en in het dok; diep water uit schiereiland.

SLAPEN: Er is voldoende ruimte door het hele huis voor het plaatsen van wiegjes, pallets, slaapzakken en dubbele matrassen op de vloer. Laat het ons weten als je vragen hebt over slaapplaatsen. Zoals het is, kunnen we slapen 28, inclusief 3 twin (vloer) matrassen die wij bieden en bank / sectionele slaapoppervlakken (ALSTUBLIEFT ZIE VOORZIENINGEN SECTIE VOOR SLAAPKAMER / SLAAP DETAILS).

Breng uw eigen strandlakens en andere toiletartikelen mee. Wij bieden 4-5 sets badhanddoeken en washandjes in elk van de 4 badkamers (16-20 washandjes en badhanddoeken, we bieden meer voor grotere groepen). We bieden ook toiletpapier, vloeibare handzeep, afwasmiddel en andere schoonmaakmiddelen. De ouders van de eigenaar zullen waarschijnlijk tijdens uw bezoek in het huisje of in de buurt verblijven en er zijn om u te helpen. Keuken is volledig gevuld: keukengerei, koffiezetapparaat (inclusief Keurig koffiezetapparaat), potten, pannen, kruiden, enz.

Naast traditionele banken, stoelen, enz., Bieden we 3 draagbare tafels met 24 stoelen, zodat u uw diners en gastopstellingen binnen of buiten kunt plaatsen, hoe u ook wilt. Onze familiekamers zijn groot en zijn geschikt voor 10-15 volwassenen zonder deze tafels. We zijn echter van mening dat de extra tafels en stoelen uw verblijf aangenamer zullen maken.

**** Privé-vergader- en banketfaciliteiten voor maximaal 45 personen: we kunnen mogelijk bruiloftsrecepties, repetitiediners, werkbijeenkomsten, enz. Regelen op een nabijgelegen locatie.

LET OP: er wordt een extra vergoeding in rekening gebracht door de faciliteit. Over het algemeen zou de dagverhuur van de faciliteit NOV beschikbaar zijn - begin maart. Nachtelijke beschikbaarheid is het hele jaar mogelijk.

MEER VAN EGYPTE: 2300 hectare. Het is ongeveer 52 meter diep op het diepste punt. Sportvissers kunnen een verscheidenheid aan vissen verwachten, waaronder Black Crappie, Bluegill, Carp, Channel Catfish, Hybrid Striped Bass, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, White Crappie en Yellow Bullhead.

Hidden Gem

The photos online do not do justice for this beautiful home. We had a group of 12 traveling from Chicago for a graduation and there was more than enough room and space. They had lots of toys and games for the adults and the kids. The view was breathtaking of the lake. Highly recommend to anyone wanting lots of space and a relaxing trip.

Wonderful home

My family stayed here for a short winter holiday. The house is older, but very well maintained. Kitchen and bathrooms clean and well stocked. The location on the lake is ideal. More than adequate room around the pool table for a fun game. Highly recommend

Great VRBO for Wedding Party.

This house was amazing for our wedding party to stay in for the weekend. The property has breathtaking views, many of our wedding photos occurred here. Todd was very responsive and helpful prior to the stay and during the stay for any questions that we had.

We all had a good time. Mostly adults so liked swimming platform , kyaks etc. Only thing we noticed was since mostly adults it was difficult to find good sleeping spots. some could not come so all had a spotspot but dont know where futons etc. Were.

location, Location, LOCATION!!!

For our Christmas in July celebration with our 5 sons and their family, we rented Todd’s place and it could not have been more perfect!! Very well equipped and spacious, there was room for everyone to sleep and PLENTY of room indoors to relax and not be on top of each other (there were 24 of us). You couple an amazing house with an incredible lake lot, you can’t help but have a wonderful time. All of our kids left with such great memories and for that we are grateful. Would recommend this home in a heartbeat. Thank you, Todd, Georgia and Jim for making our time there perfect!!

Family fun!

This was the perfect place for our annual family gathering! The property and home were clean and beautiful and Todd was extremely helpful and prompt in answering our questions. We all enjoyed boating and swimming and spending time on the dock. Our grandchildren also performed their own personal theater production amongst the "waterfalls" and thoroughly enjoyed fishing and the fire pit talks. This is definitely the place if you are looking for a tranquil lake experience with the perfect amount of family activities. We all had a glorious time! Thank you so much🙏

Annual girls weekend

We all love Christmas and this house made it feel like a Hallmark movie. The lights on house and gazebo were the perfect backdrop for our group. It is incredible to be able to see the water from almost every room in the house. There was plenty of space which allowed everyone to have their own space. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We all want to come back!

We enjoyed our weekend with 14 ladies age 86 to 31. Had so much fun and games. It rained two of the days. Did not hamper our fun. But I will say, this property is so conducive to outdoor fun, sorry we miss that (no fault of the owner). We hope to go back again.

Best Friends for Life!

We had 8 couples in this house for a long weekend. We did draw straws for bedrooms - hard to find an 8 bedroom rental. Everything was perfect. Had all the kitchen items we needed to cook, prepare and serve this group. So much inside and outdoor space. We brought 2 fishing boats and they even had covered dock stalls. A perfect location to trails, wineries, restaurants. Egypt Lake is beautiful and the house is right on peninsula- almost all windows are views to the water. Todd was the most responsive host I have encountered and truly appreciate his time with all my inquiries. Best Friends for Life unanimously agreed to return.

Great Family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at Paradise on the Peninsula at Lake of Egypt. The opportunity to do water sports, such as kayaking, paddle boarding, or just enjoying the lake on the dock, was great! Having the option to rent, the pontoon boat was also very enjoyable for our family. Paradise on the peninsula was cozy, and we loved the 3-season room. The extra outdoor amenities such as the screened porch and fire pit were lovely! We would definitely recommend this home to any large family as it slept many people. Lake of Egypt was a very clean and lovely lake. Our family is hoping to come back again one day.

Awesome Lake House

This was a beautiful, spacious home with wonderful landscaping. Lots of parking too. Great for a large group. Great views. The lake is at your dòorstep. Fully stocked. We all had a great visit. We used the kitchen alot.

Perfect for large family vacation

This property was great for our large family vacation. Plenty of room to branch out. Access to the water is close to the house. The swim dock was awesome. Great for swimming, paddleboard or kayak races and lounging. Plenty of shoreline available to fish. The screened in porch was an added bonus as a hangout location for the teenagers and nightly fires at the fire pit were a great way to end the day. Firepit was well stocked. Kitchen had everything you could need and more. Jim and Georgia were super friendly. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Home and Location

Our whole family gathered for our annual family vacation. It’s been going on for over 20 years. Most of the 14 grandkids are now grown, but they still want to gather each year. This was a beautiful home and location to enjoy this gathering. It was clean, very well cared for, and had everything we needed for a fun week. All we needed was our food, clothes, beach towels, and sun screen! With 2 acres, we even had the space for some quiet, alone time … which was a blessing with 25+ people some days. (There was some coming and going with several trips to the St. Louis airport.) It was a wonderful way to honor our late husband/father/ grandpa who died in April, but was with us in spirit every step of the way. Thank you Todd and Family for providing your beautiful home.

Wonderful Place

A great place for our group of girl friends. We each could have our own space for sleeping. The sunroom area was a favorite. We enjoyed the hot tub even with not such great weather the first night. We appreciated the early time arrival that Todd granted for us. Definitely would recommend to others.

Late Christmas family gathering.

This property is very welcoming. We had 18 with 8 more joining us every day. Plenty of spaces for family from ages 6 months to 80 years young. I would say it is a wonderful place for a family reunion in a beautiful location. Even without the water features that are sure to be lovely in the summer, the grounds were fine to explore. Inside we had plenty of spaces for all types of socializing - small group conversations, watching football, playing pool or other games, or cooking a meal for 25. There were also a couple of spaces large enough for getting the entire group together comfortably. We even had beautiful Christmas decorations to enjoy. So many amenities, very clean & well stocked. From my first contact with the owner, I felt he was doing his best to make our stay a good one. His mom or dad checked with us to see if all was ok and they responded to our questions promptly. Everyone in our group thinks this would be a good place to return to. About equal driving distances from locations in Tennessee, Kansas & Missouri.
