The Bed was a major challenge. I am very short and it was hard for me to climb into the bed. I think you could put the beds on the floor indtead of the stand and people could sit on the side of the bed or more easily climb into them.
also I think you need more handicapped accessible showers in your rooms.
and maybe not have people who don't walk well have rooms closer to the elevators and activity centers so...

We were unable to and were both exhausted so we thought we would talk to the staff! SO friendly. They let us look at our room before we even checked in. It was not fancy, but immaculate clean! We were traveling and just wanted a clean, quiet place to stay for the night! And that’s exactly what we got! '
