'It was very quiet and the elevator with the baggage carts was a definite plus for the second floor.'

'Rooms were clean and good size. Very good value. Staff was very courteous. There is a small set of stairs leading down to the rooms (and back up to the breakfast area) and they made sure to ask if my mom (who is elderly) could get up the stairs. And they also included the same courtesy when selecting our rooms and proximity to the hotel entrance door - they were very accommodating.'

'Have stayed here several times when visiting Snake Road in the Shawnee. It's always clean, and we've never had any problems. The microwave and refrigerator are a plus. Parking is easy, and check-in and check-out are easy.'

'Neat little Mom and Pop hotel on the edge of Shawnee National Forest. Very few perks, no breakfast or pool, but solid internet and there's a great BBQ place right down the road. We will be back.'

'Front desk was so kind and welcoming. The room was awesome and super comfy. Breakfast just had fruit and boxed items, warm foods would be a nice touch with all the nice renovations. Would stay here again.'

'The toilet stool had a crack in the side, and it had a bolt missing on the bottom. When you moved on it it would tilt. The hair dryer outlet had a big crack, and it looked like it had been smoking. The outlet was not GFCI (dangerous). The air conditioning system did not work properly. The trash outside of the building was not emptied for the 5 days we were there. There were weeds all around the outside of the building. The coffee was good.'
