'This is a beautiful home exactly as listed! Incredibly clean, modern, and well equipped. The beds were comfy and the deck was ideal for morning coffee and listening to the birds. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking or grilling at home. The hosts have thought of everything. This was the perfect location for our week of hiking, an easy drive to both Garden of the Gods and Little Grand Canyon. Plenty of wineries and restaurants close by as well. We will definitely be back 😊'

'We felt the room could certainly use an update. Ceiling in main room needed painting. The bathroom was very dated and tub looked terrible. Fridge needed defrosting and the heater needed repair. Bed was comfortable though. '

'It looks like a old Days Inn inside and out. The room was recently painted up to the ceiling, the bathroom light / fan fixture in the ceiling needs a good soak and clean or replacement. The room has a 17" ? TV, mini fridge and microwave, but did not have a coffee maker or a hair dryer. The floors needed mopped, they were sticky. The 2 queen beds were comfortable enough, although they both squeak when one moved. We were on the first floor, and were able to park right in front on our entrance...
