Things are peeling and cracked and missing knobs, attachments, shampoo bottles should’ve been attached to the wall, but it had fallen off and still hit the attachments on them and were in the tub. It was fine, but I’ll be trying somewhere else next time.'

'I honestly wouldn’t know because they couldn’t even find my reservation. Then when he did find my reservation, he told me he had no rooms that he would refund me the money. Instead of refunding me the money he ended up charging me again so after I got to where I was finally staying, I had to call them. It took me kind of getting rough for him to be able to refund both transactions.'

'I don't know where to start. The room i reserved was supposed to be a suite with a jetted tub and king bed. I got the key card to it, when I went into it, there was no bedding, there was something sprayed all over the entry table, brown stuff poued out in the bathroom sink. I was mortified. Went to the front desk and they were going to get someone in to clean, I just asked for a different room , which they complied. For as nice a part of town this hotel was in, this place is in bad shape and...

'Let's start with the fact that the staff were horribly disrespectful, rude, and had major misunderstandings of how you treat customers. I had an employee cuss me out, the room had roaches. Noises inside kept me up all night. The night shift staff slept behind the desk and was unavailable the whole night. Day shift desk person was disrespectful. 0/10'

'Amazing hotel, the room was spotless and very spacious with fantastic views. On arrival and throughout our stay the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food was really nice and great portions too. The casino is huge and worth a visit! The indoor and outdoor pool was clean and relaxing. Highly recommend this hotel!'

'Overall all the property looks good. I not sure if they have enough parking spaces near the Hotel compared to the rooms being available within the hotel. If you arrive late evening from your work, the parking spaces was all filled and you’re forced to park at the Hotel’s over flow parking area which was very in convenient and time consuming if you had to bring work related equipment back to your hotel room . 'The room was comfortable, but the bathroom could use some updating and be cleaned more thoroughly. The A/C was ok as it kept turning on and off a lot and was noisy. The breakfast choices was wonderful. Fresh fruit, yogurts, danishes, bagels with cream cheese, chicken and biscuits sandwiches, OJ, coffee, milk, and cereal.'
