'I’m a professional cleaner and usually see everything everywhere I go, this facility was beautifully kept up. The staff was soo helpful going out of their way to even find us ziplock bags for our tubing trip ! Amazing stay all the way around! Ps the kitchen even has trays they will give you to take food back to the room if you’d rather eat there .'

'We got to the motel around 8 PM Saturday night 5/16. I told the front desk that we were there to check in and made our reservations via Expedia. She asked me to give her my driver's license and I did. She looked at my license and told us we could not stay there because we lived to close to the motel. We said you got to be kidding! She said no that they have problems with local people staying there and creating problems where they have to call the cops. We live in Banner Elk which is about 50...
