'This house is very nicely set up and perfect for two couples or a couple with children. Two bedrooms downstairs and two up. House is very nicely furnished and everything that you need Location is close to Beale Street and Bass Pro and St Jude. The owner was extremely helpful with dinner and breakfast recommendations. 'The house is beautiful and very well equipped. The beds and pillows are super comfy and the bathrooms (all 4 of them!) are fantastic. Everything is modern and in great working order. We loved the neighborhood too….beautiful, brick homes with lots of character. About 20 mins from the airport and to the Beale St area. The hostess Karen is very accommodating and very easy to reach before, during and after our stay.'

'Location of the home was in a safe and friendly neighborhood. The neighbors came by the yard and all said hello as we were coming and going. It’s on a street that gets some traffic but definitely not a main road and was quiet. The home is fully stocked and one of the most clean homes I’ve rented. We had a wonderful stay and were allowed to enter the home earlier than normal check in. Loved the beds, no squeaks and mattresses and pillows were comfortable.'

'Let me start by saying that Mr. Christmas is as down to earth as you can get, he is very personable and loves a good conversation. The house was clean from top to bottom, there was even some food in the fridge for us to help ourselves. Everything you need for a great stay, and a comfortable stay was at your fingertips. Mr. Christmas was there as soon as we arrived, to let us in and even walked through the house with us to show us anything we needed to know. We are definitely looking forward to...

'This was a very comfortable unit. Quite neighborhood. Within a few minutes to Beale Street! Everything was clean and well supplied with everything you would need, with the exception of food. A bit of snafu on entering the home, but I do not have email on my phone. The owner arrived within 3 minutes of a phone call. He was great!'

SO dirty!!
"I have never been to such a dirty hotel in my life. Downstairs it looks quite nice and tidy, but the rooms were so dirty! Never vacuumed under the beds. Bathroom moldy, dirty, full of hairs (not mine!), we had to take a shower in a dirty bathtub where you couldn't stand in, because it was dangerous. I got 2 towels for 4 persons for 2 nights. When I asked after 1 night for 4 clean towels, the receptionist was surprised I wanted so much. And breakfast? 😂 Toast with nothing to put on, cereal but no milk. Coffee with no taste. The only thing what was positive about this hotel was that ihop is next to it. With nice staff and good breakfast. "
