'Our cottage was listed as having a bay view, and we paid over $300/night for this view. The cottage was on a narrow (not super clean looking) man-made canal, with a parking lot to a hotel on the other side of the canal. The canal is wider than a ditch but very narrow. Very technically speaking, you can see the natural body of water (referred to as the bay) if you look through the landscape and other buildings between our cottage and the water, but the view was not in any reasonable way a bay...

'The house was very clean and tidy when we arrived. We appreciated having our linens supplied, the very clear house manual with all instructions and clear communication on how to access the house. We also liked how the host checked in to see how we were doing and if we had any needs. This house was also pet friendly.'
