Lo unico que no me gustó, fue los ventanales para salir a la terraza de la habitación estan dañados pero se ve que hace tiempo estan en esa condición. '

'Only hotel available in Valdivia the night of my stay, spacious rooms but very outdated. Not all rooms have elevator access (ours required 1 flight of stairs). Well located near restaurants and bars. Good service. '

'Um ar condicionado fez falta. Recepção boa porém confusa com hóspedes estrangeiros. O café da manhã é muito ruim, saímos com fome nas duas diárias e as meninas que trabalham lá são mau humoradas e grosseiras. Estacionamento limitado e tem que dar a volta no quarteirão para estacionar. Falta uma geladeira (frigobar) no quarto. O lugar é bonito e o jardim é bem cuidado. '
