The first day our towels were refreshed, but the beds left unmade and the coffee supplies were not replenished. 'Zeer mooi authentiek hotel met leuke bar. Uitzicht kamer op stad (meerprijs). Je kan zelf parkeren of valet: maar kosten zijn aanzienlijk. Direct in centrum. Aanrader: neem de tram!'

'It's a nice hotel but nowhere near luxury class and was overpriced. Paid almost 30 for a tiny piece of fish. Was told it came with peas when we asked what it came with. There were literally 12 peas. So I guess technically it came with peas. After eating the 4 bites of fish, we went out for dinner after dinner. Luxury prices but not a luxury experience.'

'Stayed here for 5 nights while in town for a conference. Location is amazing, views were stunning, everything was nice, comfy, clean, etc. It’s just an outdated hotel, especially carpets and finishes, bathroom especially. Staff was okay, some days they held the door, some days they didn’t. Housekeeping everyday rocked, room was spacious and comfortable, lobby area was inviting and nice. I’m praying I never have to go to Portland again but if I did I would stay here.'

'Rooftop wine and cheese hour with live music was such a sweet touch. Received a great recommendation from the front desk for a coffee shop/cocktail bar around the perfect. Rooms were large and well-appointed and quiet. Parking is reasonable adn secure in the garage under the hotel, though only suitable for smaller cars. Loved our stay!'

'The hotel is clean and modern. The room is perfect except foe the noisy fridge. However the service is not as expected. Paid for breakfast and at 830 the first day they were already cleaning up and the assortment was limited. Second dat there was not even breakfast. I am still waiting for the promised breakfast. '
