'What a fabulous condo in a perfect location!'

'My wife and I are both graduates of NMU. This was the perfect house to be centrally located for all things Marquette. Walking distance to campus, 3rd street, Lake Superior, and Downtown. House was stocked with all the essentials, beds were comfortable for our family of 5, and the kitchen was perfect for making a few home-made meals. If you're looking for a good old townhouse to rent, walking distance from all areas of town, this is it.'

'This house is located on a quiet lake and we had a great time swimming, kayaking, and riding in the pontoon boat. We saw bald eagles flying over the lake in the morning. The host provided everything we needed, including life jackets, towels, and water toys. There were ample bedrooms for our two families with kids. The property manager was very helpful when we had an issue come up requiring a repair and got it fixed the same day.'

'Place was clean, had enough bathrooms, nice fire pit, dock was fun to fish off of, but didn't catch anything. Hot tub was a hit. Orv trails were nearby. Foggy's across the road had good steak. Perfect Place'

'The stay over all was great for what we needed it for, having a place to stay while we were visit for a friends event. Multiple times I went to the desk and had to wait for staff to notice I was even there, as there was not a bell to ring or they weren’t in sight of the desk to know when people were there. The one staff member was new, but he was be really kind. The pool was small for the amount of guests that potentially stay there and use it. So we didn’t stay long as there were 10 kids in...

'Love the location, staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area and helpful in all areas. Room is clean and in good order (only complaint is loud toilet noise when flushing not a big deal though). '

'Everything was fine except for the fact that each night we had to completely turn off the heater (and back on during day) and after the second night we had to also unplug the refrigerator. Both were EXTREMELY loud, especially the refrigerator, more than the heater (which most hotels we're used to the louder heaters), which prevented a good night's sleep. Breakfast was just ok. We didn't have time to use the pool. Otherwise no complaints. '
