  • 'Hoewel het slechts 25 km van Marrakech is (30 minuten met de auto), bevindt u zich in een rustige omgeving op het platteland in een groot huis, eenvoudige maar harmonieuze inrichting, rustig met privé zwembad beschut ziet er in een mooie tuin met uitzicht op de bergen. Een rijk alternatief voor traditionele verhuur (hotel, Riad ...). Mogelijkheid Prijs onderhandeld, afhankelijk van het aantal personen, een of meer gezinnen, ... Mogelijkheid verhuur buiten zaterdag indien mogelijk, Mogelijkheid schoonmaakster: schoonmaak, Marokkaanse keuken op bestelling, gratis mountainbikes tot uw beschikking, WIFI Biljart en babyvoet geïnstalleerd in 2016 om uw verblijf aangenamer te maken. Aarzel niet om contact met ons op te nemen, we beantwoorden zelfs de nieuwsgierigen. Perfect in every way

We had a wonderful time here and can't recommend it highly enough. We were a group of 3 adults and 4 kids, there was plenty of space and the kids absolutely loved it. There was plenty for the kids to do - they loved the pool, huge garden and tortoises. Wifi was good (essential with 4 kids to entertain!) and the house was very well equipped. The owner and guard went out of their way to help us with transport etc and the house was spotlessly clean. I can't think of a single negative regarding the house, it was perfect

Amazing location and house

We spent a few days at this stunning location with our 3 children. Everything was perfect - the house, the garden with its flowers, birds and tortoises as well as the small local village. The gardener Hakim was lovely and makes the best Tajin you can imagine. Hakim made our holiday really special! Thank you for a wonderful week. Next time we stay much longer!!!

the best place to be !!

Coming from Holland we think it's best to write in English so more people can read it. We very much enjoyed staying at this very big and complete house, all comfort you need is there very nice large garden, tea house, barbecue, washing machine, many rooms, very complete kitchen, nice beds and more bathrooms and toilets then you need. and with air conditioning in most of the rooms it's really worth the money. Hakim the guardian is at your service 24/7 but very discrete. You hardly notice him gardening or looking after things, very very nice man and his wife can make the best Kuskus around! If you have any question or problem, he will take acre of it right away. An oases in a already green valley very close to Marrakesh and the Atlas mountains you will have a spectacular view from the upper levels. The swimming pool is as clean as can be with fresh water from their own well. so not chlorine , just plain crystal clear water( a bit cold the first day but we had almost 50 Celsius so it was a welcome place to cool off a bit. One remark.. the top floor airco's can not keep up with that kind of heat. Be aware of the dog Harlem he is soooo sweeeeet. you want to take him home for sure! "Harlem" needs half a day to get used to you but don't worry he loves his ball to be thrown away and play with you. Buy a bag of dog food and he is your forever friend who guards the place, likes your company and greets you when you get back from a daily trip. And buy some kitten food for Hakim's little cat as well, she is very shy but a bit of milk and some dry cat food will give you another friend as well. You need a car to get around when you stay here for sure, it's a remote place where you get all the rest you need. Mr ASSOUAN the owner is a very nice man and easy to communicate with in English also, always answers very quick to any question. so the end of the story is , a big 5 star from us fam du Bois Netherlands

Sidi Rhiat is were holiday begins

Het was heerlijk vertoeven in Sidi Rhiat. Mijn gezin en ik zijn uitermate tevreden over deze accomodatie. De ontvangst is hartstikke goed geweest. De beheerder is erg gastvrij. Het zwembad was heerlijk en prive.Er is genoeg ruimte in het huis.De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. En dan nog de tuin, deze ben je in het centrum van de stad. Zoek je een vakantieverblijf met zwembad, ruimte en privacy? Sidi Rhiat is een echte aanrader.

Beautiful!

Wow what a beautiful place to stay. The huge house is situated in the countryside, 30 minutes from Marrakech centre. Situated in acres of beautiful flourishing gardens which are well kept, a crystal clear inviting pool and sun lounge area. The gated property is secure and not overlooked by anyone. There are bikes you can borrow (we just cycled within the gardens), a pool table and football table. The house comes with pets (they don’t live in the house but within the gardens). There is a dog, a puppy, cat, tortoise, turkey and chickens. All kind, very gentle and extremely well behaved (they don’t step foot inside). We played ball with the dogs but if you are not an animal person they will mind their own business and just lie down or roam the gardens. We spent a week here but wished we had booked longer. At the airport we were greeted by our guardian Hakim. We hired a car and he came with us back to the house to make sure we arrived safely and at the right house. Hakim is a wonderful, kind man. He doesn’t live on-site. Instead he comes to the house in the morning and the afternoon to check if you need anything. He was also our guide so he took us on excursions – some that he suggested and others we did. Hakim will also cook for you (I would strongly recommend that you take him up on this as his dishes are delicious). At the end of your holiday he will present you will a bill for the ingredients he brought for your meals. It is customary to tip him at the end of the holiday. For meals cooked you would pay 5-10 euros / 50-100 dirhams per meal and then for everything else you would also tip him between 5-10 euros / 50-100 dirhams. What you decide to tip is really how involved he is as your guide. We will definitely return!

Maison idéale pour des vacances de repos , havre de paix pour familles , pas de voisinage ++

Maison bien entretenue ,l' intérieur correspond à la description voir mieux , les travaux récents ont embelli la demeure. Nous avons pu nous baigner le 1 Mars , eau à 20° mais propre non traitée. L'atout de la maison c'est son caractère isolée des voisins , pas de vis à vis , discrétion assurée ; Le Gardien est présent à notre convenance , il est discret et serviable. Ne pas oublier de lui laisser un pourboire car il le mérite . Nous avons déjà réservé pour Juillet 2019 . Le propriétaire est joignable et sérieux. Beau séjour.

Nous avions passé un magnifique séjour en famille dans la villa. Tout était juste au top ! Le calme est au rdv. Un havre de paix. Une Jolie piscine une tres belle villa sur un grand terrain nos enfants et les bébés ont pu en profiter et les parents aussi! Une cuisine équipée très fonctionnelle pour cuisiner. Nous etions comme à la maison! Un gardien tres sympa et discret. Nous y sommes restés que 5 jours mais je pense qu'il faut y rester au minimum 10 jours ! Nous y reviendrons ! super villa pour des vacances au calme

Bonjour Cela fait maintenant 6 ans que je passe mes vacances dans cette super maison et a chaque fois je suis heureux de la retrouver. Pourquoi aller ailleurs dans cette super villa il y a tout pour passer des super vacances au calme sans vis a vis, la villa est super bien équipée, climatisation dans toutes les pièces, cuisine équipé, une cour avec piste cyclable et vélo a disposition tout d'Age, super piscine et un calme incroyable .Abdel le gardien est d'une gentillesse, serviable et surtout très discret. C'est vraiment un lieu que je conseil a n'importe qui car vraiment si vous désiré passer des super vacances c'est le lieu idéal. Encore un grand merci aux propriétaires pour offrir une prestation aussi réussite.

Vacance de rêve!

Un véritable havre de paix! Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cette sublime villa et nous renouvellerons avec grand plaisir l'année prochaine! Un havre de paix

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un cadre magnifique et une tranquillité absolue. La maison est spacieuse très bien équipé, un immense jardin très bien entretenu avec des arbres fruitiers et rosiers. Nos enfants ont particulièrement aimé la piscine (qui est sécurisé), et la présence des poules et des tortues. Pour toutes celles qui portent le voiles, toute la propriété est à l'abri des regards. Un grand merci à Abdelhakim pour sa disponibilité,sa discrétion et ses délicieux plats. N'hésitez pas à faire appel à ses talents culinaires c'était juste divin!! Je vous recommande à 100% cette villa, vous ne serez pas déçu. Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir dans ce havre de paix. Merci au propriétaire d'avoir préparé notre venue.

Que du Bonheur!!!!

À conseiller à du 200%,nous avons passés une superbe semaine dans la maison du bonheur,conforme à son nom et au descriptif tout y est:calme, sérénité, nature, beau temps piscine qui a fait le bonheur de tous, mais surtout dépaysement total , tout ce que nous recherchions pour nous reposer et nous sentir bien en paix . Encore un Gd merci à Abdel le gardien , merci pour ces services , ces sorties , sa bonté, sa discrétion , et merci pour tout le temps qu il a bien pu nous consacrer ,10/10!!! Merci également au propriètaire, merci pour votre humanité. Mr Assouan vous avez été superbe , communication et contact aisé et sympa , vous avez vraiment une gaieté de cœur que vous partagez et faite ressentir à autrui. Pour conclure, c'était oui une première mais certainement pas une dernière , nous ne manquerons pas à nouveau d aller ré-saluer les gourmands petits chatons( les pachas) et Harlem le chien qui a bien veiller sur nous pendant notre séjour . Un "petit" coin de paradis

Au calme, idéalement situé entre Marrakech et les montagnes de l'Atlas (vallée de l'Ourika), ce riad offre un magnifique point de vue, allié à un confort optimal au milieu des oliviers et de toute une multitude d'arbres fruitiers. Poules, tortues, canards complètent cette atmosphère si chaleureuse. Maison très bien construite et garantissant une parfaite isolation thermique ! 30min du centre de Marrakech. Et un grand merci au gardien, Hakim, pour tous les petits soins qu'il nous a apportés durant notre séjour. Allez-y sans hésiter !

Magnifique villa

Nous allons bientôt nous envoler au Maroc dans cette magnifique villa, dans laquelle nous avons séjourné en 2013. La villa est tout a fait conforme à la description, c'est un cadre magnifique pour les amoureux du calme et de la nature. Hakim avait été d'une grande gentillesse et très à l'écoute, tout comme les propriétaires. Nous n'hésiterons à re-poster un message à notre retour. bien à vous . bon séjour aux futurs vacanciers.

Amazing!!

There are no words to fully express how much our family enjoyed our 2 week stay in this beautiful villa. Morocco is truly amazing. We were greeted and warmly welcomed at the airport by the owner’s family who arranged transport from the airport to the villa, and the taxi driver became our regular 'chauffeur' which took away our worries concerning travel from A to B. The caretaker took care of us above and beyond his duties. I highly recommend for you to request Abdul Hakim to cook as his food was amazing. The villa with all the amenities (oranges trees, pool, and mint) were an absolute delight. The children truly loved the pool, eating fresh oranges plucked from the tree and making mint tea picked from the garden. I would heartily recommended to everyone to rent this villa. Hopefully if we ever go to Morocco again we would certainly like to book this villa again. sublime villa

Ce fut notre quatrièmes expérience dans cette sublime villa et nous sommes encore plus enchantés chaque année. Nous avons passés des magnifiques vacances dans cette splendide villa, a l’abri de tout regard, une piscine extraordinaire avec une température vraiment agréable, le matin nous avons pu faire notre sport sans sorti de la villa, car le propriétaire a vraiment penser a tout, plusieurs vélos pour adulte ou enfant a disposition une piste en dur pour courir ou faire du vélo dans cette immense cour de plusieurs hectare un cadre de rêve comme sur les photos un accueil a l'aéroport très chaleureux, croyait moi cette villa est vraiment magnifique. mis a disposition tout le nécessaire pour passer de magnifique vacances dans cette splendide villa et de permette aux tourismes découvris tout les richesses de ce magnifique pays. Je conseil cette villa a tout le monde qui souhaite passer des vacances aux calme, reposant tout y ai dans cette villa, une annonce et un propriétaire qui mérite bien plus que ces 5 étoiles, car il y a aucune surprise la description de cette villa est vraiment bien représenté c'est même mieux en vrai. très difficile de trouver mieux au niveau qualité prix. Excellent séjour

Agréable séjour passé en famille dans cette villa berbère. Descriptif conforme à la réalité (pas de mauvaise surprise). Compte tenu de la situation, il faut nécessairement être véhiculé pour pouvoir se déplacer.Calme,repos et sérénité sont les atouts de cette villa.une mention très bien pour le personnel d'entretien de la villa(mr abdelhakim) qui par sa discrétion a su préservé notre intimité.Et enfin, nous tenons à remercier vivement le propriétaire des lieux Mr A.qui a fait preuve de disponibilité et de gentillesse.je conclurai en disant "à l'année prochaine inchallah".

Excellent villa with helpful local caretaker

The house is great, it's large and well equipped en it was a delight to be welcomed and assisted by the local caretaker who helped us with the initial requirements such as shopping and the introduction to the city but also cooked authentic food and took care of the fantastic pool facilities. He speaks no english and a little french but we were mostly able to easily communicate with him using a combination of different languages and handsignals. He was a true delight to have around for a relatively inexpensive cost. There were a few downsides to the stay: - the neighbours dogs were barking through the night so make sure to bring earplugs. - The villa is also built to keep the summer heat out and there is no centralised heating so the bedrooms and bathrooms were quite cold in the mornings with no way of heating them. There are however two fireplaces in the livingroom and kitchen that are good at keeping you warm in the evenings in the winter months where the temperature drops at night to under 10degrees. - Also not all the lighting throughout the house is connected which is a minor hassle as the house is otherwise a delight and comfortably equipped with a lot of modern comforts such as a dishwasher, microwave, waterboiler, coffeemaker, juicer, toaster etc etc etc. All in all a big thank you to Nicole, although the cost in the winter I would suggest to lower as better value for money. We recommend and would gladly stay here again during a warmer period.

Une maison de rêve

Séjour parfait en tous points. La maison est encore plus belle que sur les photos. Une grande maison superbement équipée, dans un grand parc avec piscine. Nous étions en famille, nous avons passé un séjour fantastique, les enfants étaient heureux. Nous avons salué l'état d'esprit du propriétaire, Mr Assouan. Le gardien est serviable, très aimable et discret. Des vacances merveilleuses ! Nous reviendrons !

Bonjour, cela fait 2 années de suite que l'on passe de merveilleux vacance en famille dans cette magnifique villa dans un calme absolu,,a quelques kilométre du centre de marrakech.elle est doté d'un cofort irréprochable. franchement je conseil cette location a toute les familles qui souhaite passé des vacances reposant et inoubliable. SUPER VACANCES

cette très belle maison qui nous a fait rêver pendant 2 semaines le soleil la piscine la tranquillité les oiseaux qui chantent un gardien d 'une gentillesse et d une discrétion. on avait peur et appréhendait l 'état de la maison et surtout de la piscine mais c est encore plus beau que dans les photos. la maison est bien équipé on manque de rien.les enfants étaient suuuper content et sont pressé d 'y retourner mais pour cela il faudra bien travailler a l 'école. VOILA JE CONSEILLE CETTE MAISON TESTER ET VOUS VERREZ BONHEUR GARANTIT!!!!!!!!!!!!! d ailleurs la maison porte bien son "NOM" a bientôt!!!!!!!!! et un grand grand merci au propriétaire qui répondent a toutes les questions demandés et bien sur au gardien. A l année prochaine in cha allah
