Het hotel was zeer netjes en hij zag er ook heel luxe uit. Vervelend was wel dat we iedere keer maar 2 handdoeken kregen en 2 flessen water, terwijl we met 3 personen op een kamer sliepen. Hier moesten we iedere keer voor bellen. Dat was wel vervelend.

Prachtige locatie met een gratis shuttlebus naar het centrum. Deze rijdt tot 19.00 om de twee uur ongeveer. Lieve behulpzame hardwerkende mensen. Enige tip aan het hotel is om misschien iets meer bij het milieu stil te staan, door handdoeken, zeep e.d. niet dagelijks te vervangen. De toeristenbelasting achteraf kwam als een verrassing en is aan de hoge kant.

Geen 5 sterren!
Als je een echt luxe hotel zoekt met een 5 sterren klassering ga dan niet naar dit hotel. Het personeel verdiend wel de 5 sterren maar het eten is echt elke dag hetzelfde en niet wat je van een 5 sterren hotel verwacht. De enige plek waar je nog een redelijke koffie kan krijgen is bij de zwembad bar, in het restaurant staat een koffie automaat waar koffie uitkomt die de naam rioolwater verdiend. De kamers zijn redelijk schoon maar een beetje sleets en slapen doe je op een kei-hard bed (zoiets als een box-spring zonder topdekmatras) O ja, het hotel ligt in het verlengde van de startbaan van het vliegveld, leuk voor vliegtuig spotters..... Onze kamer op de bgg had een schuifpui die al meerdere keren wat geforceerd (inbraak!), je kon je vinger tussen het aluminium frame naar buiten steken als de deur dicht was.....

Prachtig hotel, voorzien van alle faciliteiten!
Het is een prachtig hotel dat voorzien is van vrijwel alle benodigde faciliteiten. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en service staat dan ook hoog in het vaandel bij alle medewerkers. Het hotel is voorzien van maar liefst twéé prachtige zwembaden, die er overigens ook zeer schoon en verzorgd uit zagen. Een bezoekje aan de spa van het hotel is ook een echte aanrader! Hier kan je terecht voor een heerlijke massage voor een zeer rustgevend en ontspannend gevoel. Ik raad dit hotel dan ook absoluut aan bij familie, vrienden en andere potentiële gasten. Ik weet zeker dat ik er nog een keer terug zal keren!

Heerlijk hotel
Een luxe hotel met alle wenselijke voorzieningen. De kamer die wij hadden had een grote slaapkamer met een kingsize bed en een erg grote zitkamer. De zitkamer en de slaapkamer waren aan de buitenzijde door een groot balkon verbonden. Op het balkon stonden een tafel met gemakkelijke stoelen en een bankje met een tafel. Roomservice is niet bezonder duur. De concierge is zeer behulpzaam. Hij regelt een taxi, een reservering bij een restaurant etc. Het personeel doet er alles aan om het je naar de zin te maken.

Erg mooi hotel
Erg mooi hotel, mooie ruime kamers die schoon zijn. Het zwembad is lekker groot, en echt heel veel bedjes dus er is altijd wel plek. Ook hebben ze loungeplekken waar je heerlijk de hele dag in de zon kan liggen. Het ontbijt is ook goed, voldoende aanbod. De shuttle bus naar de stad is handig, maar gaat maar 4 keer per dag. Als laatst om 5 uur bijvoorbeeld, maar dan lig je dus nog lekker in de zon. Laat eten in de stad is dus met de taxi. Het personeel is over het algemeen erg aardig en hulpvriendelijk. Het uitchecken mag wel wat vriendelijke, hier is de rekening en betaal maar was het eigenlijk, er werd niet gevraagd hoe ons verblijf was of wat dan ook. Hou rekening mee met 3 euro per dag toeristenbelasting. Tevens rijden ze erg vroeg over de gang met karretjes voor de koffers die erg gehorig zijn.

Prima hotel, maar 5 sterren is een beetje veel
Op zich een prima hotel om een paar dagen te verblijven. De 5 sterren zijn op basis van de voorzieningen denk ik (binnen- en buitenzwembad, spa, conferentieruimtes). De kamers zijn ruim en mooi, maar zwembad bijvoorbeeld kan wel wat onderhoud hebben, verf op de bodem laat overal los. Personeel is soms vriendelijk en soms niet zo, aantal hebben alleen oog voor Fransen en mensen die ze kennen...... Eten en drinken in het hotel extreem duur! Er is een winkelscentrum vlakbij met supermarkt en eettentjes. Medina van Marrakech is ca 15 minuten met de shuttlebus van het hotel.

The property had good facilities and was not too crowded overall. The pool and spa facilites were the highlight for us as that is what we wanted for this trip. We had a preimum room with graden view, very spacious. Even though we messaged beforehand regarding out dietary requirements. Communicating these with the staff was difficult, chef didn't come out to speak with us, level of english is very low for this level of hotel. They got our requirements wrong twice. Our food choices were very limited and disappointing.

I stayed at this resort for 3 nights and 4 days. I didn’t like the stay at all, as the staff was not helpful, their behaviour was rude, and everything was very over priced. The washrooms weren’t clean that well. And the breakfast buffet was really bad.

We stayed one week in this hotel and discovered Marrakech for the first time. I loved the spa, the swimming pool area, the gym as well. The absolute best part was the kids club, as my child had a gorgeous time whenever she stayed with Nada. That was absolutely brilliant in every way and made our holiday completely unique. In terms of the facilities, I’d recommend changing the furniture as it’s outdated. The size of the rooms were really good though. The staff honestly really depended on who I talked to, but this was during Ramadan so I’d say most of them did their best. I would just recommend to not blame the client if something doesn’t work (our key cards kept on not working and I was even blamed at some point!!!) but again that’s only two individuals at reception and the rest of them were very nice. The breakfast had a lot of options, some good and some not, but I wouldn’t say it was bad- only room for improvement. So, change the sofas and chairs, get rid of one or two few rude and inpatient members of staff, and it’s definitely a 5 stars. Again, top class service at the kids club.

The dining options were very over priced to the rest of the city, for example for a mediocre lunch we were charged $95 for two people, a similar lunch cost $15 in the city and not nearly as good on the quality. You had to take a cab to leave the property and Morocco does not have a regulated cab industry and they would give you random prices to come and go. Upon checking out they do not know how to run a line and gave preference to the locals over us 3 separate times to the point we just left as we did not want to miss our flight.

Vacaciones de lujo
El hotel es una maravilla. No le encuentro ningun defecto. La limpieza, las instalaciones, la cama todo muy correcto. El personal un nivelazo, no te dicen no a nada. Intentan tenrte satisfecho desde que entras hasta que sales del hote Sobre todo Ilham, Ayoub y Tawfik en la recepcion que forman un equipo muy cohesivo. Tambien Taha del restaurante super atento. Recomiendo mucho este hotel y repetiria siempre que pueda. Muchas gracias por todo!
